4 MILES FROM AIRPORT. 1.5 hour drive to YOSEMITE, 1.5 hour drive to SEQUOIA NATIONAL PARK and even closer to KINGS CANYON. 2 exits from FRESNO STATE and close to TRENDY EATERIES AND COFFEE SHOPS on both sides!

Please NO PARTIES ALLOWED. Police will have to be called and you will leave with no refund. If smoke smell is detected indoors an extra cleaning fee of $200 will be charged.

The space:

PRIVATE Home for Fresno/Yosemite/Sequoia visitors. Stove and fridge so you can cook all your meals. One larger bedroom w/ Queen Bed. One slightly smaller bedroom with Queen bed. The living room has a small couch and there is a free air mattress available upon request to sleep additional company. 900sq ft. Reclining leather chair, work desk/eating table, wifi, dvd's and games. Great and comfortable space. Large fenced backyard nice for pets- note there is an additional fee for pets. Guest access:

This home is a duplex. You will have access to the whole part of the home on the backside of the property. (The other front side of the property is also listed on Airbnb. Contact host for details or look at hosts profile!) Access to big backyard. Ideal for pet lovers! Driveway is long.
Other things to note
Smoking indoors will immediately result in a smoke removal cleaning charge. Please do not smoke any closer than 10 feet from building.

Outside only cat on premises. There is a sweet stray that has made our casa her casa. She may pop by to say hi and/or cry for food. It is up to you if you’d like to interact with her! There is food left under kitchen sink or in the wash room. If you are highly allergic you may want to consider another listing.

Are you looking to stay long term? 3 weeks or longer? If so great! We love long term stays, however please be advised that the best time to book an extended stay is at least 6 months in advance. Please check our calendar... if the dates seem unavailable unfortunately they are.

Ring Doorbell- For our safety and for yours, we do have one Ring Doorbell for this property. The Ring Doorbell can be found facing the parking space in the front of the home as well as monitoring who comes and goes from the home. Footage is recorded.

Policy on Pets- Pets are allowed with a $30 pet fee.
