Oh, I wish you would’ve reached out to me during your stay, those are easy fixes and I respond quickly during guest’s stays with any issues or questions they have. I’m not sure if you’re referring to the downstairs bedroom for the slow fan and missing remote or the outside tv and outside fan. But I’m happy to address both. The remote for the outside tv, is kept in a pocket of the tv cover, because of the salty ocean air. It would be ruined within a week otherwise. In the bedroom, if you weren’t able to find the tv remote it quite possibly was placed in a less obvious place for a remote control. However, I can always help problem solve this by contacting our cleaning company or I could have let you know that the other tv remotes are interchangeable with the other tvs. As far as the fan outside, outdoors sometimes it is harder to feel the air movement than if you were in an enclosed space, but it is at an adequate speed. If you’re referring to the ceiling fan that is inside the downstairs bedroom, there is a switch to turn it on and then right next to it, a sliding button to turn it to your desired fan speed as numbered 1-4. As far as the towels in the master bathroom, there are 3 placed on display on the hanging rack. And then in the vanity on the left there are around 3 more bath towels, a few extra hand towels and a small stack of wash cloths.
