Camp7 is a cabin & event rental accommodation venue, located on 40 private acres bordering public land (BLM) with beautiful mesas, magnificent vistas & exceptional wildlife. Camp7 is an outdoor getaway, 45 minutes from Grand Junction, CO.
Looking for the perfect mix of nature along with all the modern comforts of home? Welcome to the Camp7 cabin, your private oasis in Collbran, Colorado. The newly built cabin is spacious & secluded, perfect for your next family vacation or romantic getaway.
Once you’ve booked your reservation at the cabin, rest assured you will be staying in your own private paradise. We never book anyone or any other parties at Camp7 when you are our guest.
The cabin comfortably sleeps 6 adults and is equipped with:
-Two bedrooms with plush king-sized beds
-Loft with a comfortable queen-sized bed
-Two bathrooms with showers and towels
-Full kitchen equipped with dishwasher, standard size refrigerator, oven and stove, coffee maker (and tasty local coffee), plus basic cooking utensils, dishes and cups/mugs
-Washer and dryer with laundry soap
-Air conditioning/heat
-YouTube TV
-Starlink Internet
-Board games
-Movies
-Wireless Bluetooth Speaker
-Extra blankets, pillows

Pick and choose from any of the activities below, they are all available with no extra charge during your stay, and are available anytime, no scheduling required.

(Includes shaded picnic tables, a barbecue, and lawn chairs)

Our property features multiple unique dwellings, but please enjoy only the space you have booked and stick to your designated lodging. We only book one group at a time, so the entire property is yours to enjoy, and you won't see other guests during your stay.

We first opened the Camp7 property to our community in 2017 as a youth summer day camp, where days were filled with outdoor adventures like hiking, swimming, shooting the bow & arrows, and riding horses. Evenings were spent around the campfire learning camp songs and stories. These special moments left a lasting impact on not only the kids who spent time here, but on us as well, the owners of Camp7.
However, when the COVID-19 hit, the camp faced challenges. With large gatherings no longer possible and safety a top priority, we had to reimagine how this beautiful space could be used to further create those lasting memories.
Out of those uncertain times, we transitioned from a summer camp to open the property to a broader community. While the purpose shifted, the heart of this place remained the same—a space for connection, renewal, and meaningful experiences in the outdoors. This change has allowed the property to continue its legacy, providing a paradise for people to come together.
Today, we are proud to offer a space that celebrates connection; whether it’s through a family vacation, a romantic weekend, a retreat, or casual gathering with family or friends.
Hosting has always been our passion, fueled by a deep love for connecting with people and creating spaces where happiness and memories flourish.
Every guest who visits our property is met with the utmost care and attention to detail.
