This beautifully renovated 3-bedroom attached villa offers the perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and location. Situated in one of Claremont’s most desirable neighborhoods, you`re just minutes from shops, dining, nature trails, and anything else you could want or need.

Enjoy the feel of your own home-away-from-home. The villa features completely separate entrances, no shared spaces, and a thoughtfully designed layout to ensure total privacy. With 3 private entrances, and dedicated off-street parking spaces in our driveway, your stay is quiet, secure, and uninterrupted.

Outdoor Oasis
Step outside to your fully enclosed backyard, where you`ll find a saltwater pool, stone waterfall and soothing spa —perfect for a relaxing soak or an energizing swim. The covered stone patio features a dining table for 6, fire pit, ideal for evening gatherings or morning coffee.

Love to grill? A large stainless steel JennAir gas BBQ is ready for your culinary creations. For a bit of fun, challenge your travel companions to a game on the ping pong table.

Every detail of this property has been designed to offer maximum privacy, comfort, and relaxation, whether you`re here for a weekend or a longer getaway.

Private driveway parking. Full private use of the backyard, salt water pool, relaxing spa, BBQ grill, table tennis, fire-pit.

The patio is accessible for your use, however we do have a personal refrigerator that we may have to access IF we are home.

$125 pet fee per pet.
$100 to heat pool & spa per day. For Additional Day Guests: $75 p/p, p/d. Additional overnight guests above the initial 6 guests is $100 p/p, p/d.

Daily housekeeping available (fees apply).

We are always available via phone, text or messaging. Please note that maintenance (landscaping, garbage removal, pool maintenance, etc.) may occur on the property during your stay. We try to schedule weekly maintenance when our home is not booked. Maintenance is done professionally as to not interfere with your stay.

Located in the foothills of the 10,000 ft peak Mt Baldy, the neighborhood is very quiet, safe and walking distance to anything you might need: Sprouts, Trader Joes, Banks, Coffee shops, Yoga, Ice Cream Parlor, Pet Stores, Restaurants and more. Walk or drive just 1 mile to the center of Claremont with over 150 stores and excellent restaurants, pubs, eateries, theatre, 7 of the finest universities, and botanical garden.

Pets:
• Pets are approved on a case-by-case basis
• Pets must have flea and tick medicine 3 days prior to arrival
• There is a pet fee of $125 per pet per stay.
• Dogs are not allowed on any furniture including beds and couches.

Spa
It only takes about 20 minutes to heat the spa. We ask that the spa is turned off when not in use. Please contact us for details. There is no lifeguard at our pool as this is a private home.

There is a $75 fee for Day Guests p/p, p/d. Additional overnight guests above the initial 6 is $100 p/p, p/n.

There is additional dining seating for 6 people in our covered patio. The 6 person table has a fire pit in the center of the table. There is an additional stand fire-pit in the patio. Please make sure to turn off propane after use.

For those with pups. We call it: Pet Office - a place for your puppy to do their business (please pick up after your pup).

Please park in our driveway.
Street parking overnight (from 2am-5am) is not allowed in Claremont.

Please note that we use a non-toxic, eco-friendly, and biodegradable bleach on our towels to ensure they are thoroughly sanitized for your comfort and safety. As a result, there may occasionally be minor bleach marks or stains. We appreciate your understanding and want to assure you that all towels are cleaned with the utmost care to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness.

Some of our pillows are filled with natural down feathers. While they`re primarily white down, you might notice a few darker feathers showing through the white pillowcases—this is completely normal and part of the natural variation in down. We also provide synthetic pillows for those who prefer them.

We`re delighted you`ve chosen to stay with us.

Our goal is to provide a relaxing, comfortable, and memorable stay. We`ve worked hard to create a peaceful retreat where you can relax, recharge, and enjoy everything Claremont and Southern California have to offer.

To help make your stay enjoyable—and to preserve the peaceful atmosphere that makes Modern Oasis so special—we ask that you review the following House Rules before booking.

Occupancy & Additional Guests
Your reservation includes up to 6 overnight guests.
Additional guests must be disclosed and approved before arrival.
Day Guests: $75 per guest, per day
Overnight Guests (above the initial 6 included guests): $100 per guest, per night
The guest making the reservation is responsible for everyone in their party, including any damages, excessive cleaning, or violations of these House Rules.

Dogs
Bringing your dog? We`d love to know!
Please let us know about any dogs that will be accompanying your stay.
$125 per dog, per reservation.

Age Requirement
The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years of age. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Respect for Our Home & Neighborhood
No parties, events, commercial gatherings, or unauthorized visitors.
Quiet Hours are 9:00 PM Sunday–Thursday and 10:00 PM Friday & Saturday, in accordance with local regulations.

One of our favorite things about Modern Oasis is spending quiet California evenings outdoors, and we hope you`ll enjoy them too. Feel free to unwind in the spa, relax by the pool, enjoy dinner on the patio, fire up the BBQ, or share a glass of wine under the stars.

We simply ask that conversations and music remain at a level that respects our neighbors and cannot be heard beyond the property.
No smoking or vaping indoors.
No drones without prior approval.
Please do not park on the lawn.
Commercial vehicles, oversized trucks, trailers, RVs, toy haulers, and vehicle transport trailers are not permitted without prior written approval.

Safety & Compliance
Exterior security cameras monitor the driveway, entrances, pool area, and backyard for the safety of our guests and property. There are no indoor cameras.
Guests are expected to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations during their stay.
