Relax in this world-class resort location in Olé at Lely Resort. This Florida townhouse offers a luxurious and comfortable getaway. The unit is on a quad with a pool, grill, and an outdoor dining area for use only by quad residents. It is a short walk from the main resort center which offers an incredible pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, bocce, volleyball, tennis, basketball, pickle ball, poolside drink and food service, and two on-site restaurants, movie theater, gym, and library.
The space
The Home: This 3 bedrooms, 3 baths townhouse offers excellent living space. The two living rooms, one by the kitchen, one by the entrance, and the primary bedroom, are all equipped with smart TVs. The primary suite has a king bed and a fantastic balcony that gives you the greatest view. There is also a luxurious attached primary bath with double sinks, separate soaking tub, walk-in shower, and additional bathroom. Also attached is a 1-car garage, equipped with everything you need for a day by the pool or at the beach.

The Quad: A quad is a group of houses that have exclusive access to a pool, grills, and entertaining area. Our quad is right outside the garage so you are just steps away from true backyard fun.

The Resort: You have full access to the unbeatable resort amenities. Just a short walk from the home is the Resort Center. This charming amenity center is over 20,000 square feet and includes a restaurant, coffee shop, library, and a 90-seat movie theater. There is also a fitness center with lockers & showers, and a separate aerobics/dance studio. Outside, the free-form pool includes waterfalls, cabanas, pool, ping pong, volleyball, bocce ball, and full wait service at the poolside for food & cocktails. There’s also a separate pool for small children along with a play area. The library has multiple desks to use as workstations, a fax/print, and copy machine, and plenty of books to borrow to read at the pool or at the residence. For golfers, there are 2 championship golf courses on-site. the Flamingo Island Golf Course by Robert Trent Jones and the Mustang Golf Course by Lee Trevino; are extremely well maintained and are located right in Lely Resort. You can pay as you play, and the clubhouse has a wonderful pro shop.

The Location: The location is Increible. There’s a great neighborhood with groceries, shops, and restaurants a mile away. Marco Island and Naples Beach are both 10 miles away and the famous Naples Fifth and Third avenue shopping districts are just 10 miles away.

Other things to note
The association requires applications from renters in advance of arrival. The fee is $150 per applicant unless the couple is legally married it’s $150 total. This is paid by you through an online portal after booking.
