Coming to Auburn for a game, graduation, family reunion, visiting Auburn students, or just a getaway to relax amongst friends and family? You’ll feel right at home and will love the relaxed, quietness, features, and Auburn Spirit this home provides.

Create your Auburn Family retreat with a large open floor plan, five large, hotel-style beds, 20 acres to prowl, ample dining space (both formal and casual), a huge den focused on the game playing on the 65-inch SmartTV, and the 62-square-foot, orange/blue wooded island/bar. The home offers two great outdoor spaces: a screened-in porch with heat lamps and fans and a gated front courtyard where you can literally sit and watch the cows and horses come by. Oh yes, and all of your Auburn Family is welcome including dogs and cats!

Every room was carefully designed and remodeled to create a relaxing, recharging Auburn vibe for you to enjoy during your stay. Rooms feature a bright, clean white space encapsulated with the Auburn helmet stripe feature wall and other features an Auburn fan would appreciate. Each bedroom has its own SmartTV, 100% cotton hotel-style linens, ceiling fans, and closet space with extra blankets and fans. Each bathroom has Egyptian cotton terry, and all the shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and lotion you need. You will absolutely love the master bath where the shower is nearly 12 feet long and 6 feet wide with 3 separate shower heads (we call it the team shower). The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with all the serving necessities.

The home has a fourth bedroom option which includes two queen-sized beds, a separate entrance, two indoor porch swings (great for catchup conversations while going back and forth), and a pool table/table tennis.

Wake up to fresh coffee, take a morning hike and explore the 20-acre property, or just soak in the outdoor sun or hide away on the screen porch with a good book. There is an outdoor BBQ grill for all your cooking needs while also a full-size laundry with a washer and dryer.

Located less than 25 minutes from the Auburn Campus and just 20 minutes from Historic Downtown Opelika, the home is perfectly located to be close enough to everything but also away enough where you can make memories with those you love and care about the most without distractions.

VRBO guests will directly pay VRBO a booking fee (collected at reservation time). To complete the reservation, the Guest will need to pay PRIDE Properties the complete reservation through a credit card or online payment applications such as Zelle, PayPal, or Venmo.
Before checking in, the responsible party contact will be required to read and agree to adhere to the “Good Neighbor” brochure. Adult guests' names and emails are required.

Parking, trash, and noise are the most common issues with short-term rentals. If any problem arises, immediately contact your concierge who checked you in by phone call and/or text. Do not argue with a Neighbor.

Any violations to house rules and/or the “Good Neighbor” brochure can result in Citations (which will be deducted from your deposit) and could result in being evicted. With eviction, you will not get your deposit back.

- No overnight, unregistered guests are allowed.
- Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
- Please respect check-in and check-out times.
- Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
- Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
- No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
- No smoking inside but allowed on patios or courtyard
No use of the burning wood/substances in the fireplace or lighting of candles
- $35 deduction from the deposit if cigarette butts or pet poop are found.
- All items at the property are inventoried and compared after checkout before the security deposit is released.
