Please note that You are booking one private room with two en-suite private bathrooms. Not the entire home. The hosts stay on the first floor.

* The bedroom *
The house has two floors. We offer a spacious private bedroom on the second floor, containing 2 king-size beds, 2 sofa beds with 2 en-suite bathrooms, and a dining area (No kitchen). Perfect for 2-4 guests.
There is only one spacious private bedroom on the second floor. Your group will exclusively use the space for safety and privacy and to ensure no other groups are present.

* Guest *
- The room rate is only for adults aged 18 years and above.
- Children are not allowed. The property has stairs without railings.
- Unregistered guests are not allowed. Extra charges of 500 baht per person per night apply if the host allows unregistered guests to stay.
- The number of guests must be correct, any unregistered guests will be asked to leave immediately.

** No smoking or parties allowed. Fine 2,000 Baht. (Smoking area provided in the garden)
** Latest check-in is at 10:00 PM with no refunds for no-shows.

* Free pick-up *
- Pick-up service between 9.00 AM.- 7.00 PM. from Chiang Mai International Airport (CNX), Arcade Bus Terminal, and Chiang Mai Railway Station.
- Pick-up service does not include drop-off.

* Extra Services *
- Early morning check-in is available with a fee of 500 Baht (subject to availability).
- Luggage service is available on the check-in and check-out dates.
- Free street parking and private entrance provided.
- Filming for movies, production, YouTube, photoshoots, etc. must be approved by the host before reservation.
