While our villa is nestled in the heart of Tulum's jungle, there's still plenty to explore in the surrounding areas. We recommend renting a bike, scooter, quad, or car to make the most of your time here and explore all that Tulum has to offer. Our team is happy to assist you with recommendations and arrangements for transportation rentals during your stay.

Each bedroom has its own full size bathroom, smart flat tv, balcony and an additional hallway half bath on the first floor; Spacious open concept living, dining and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a dedicated work/desk area with two monitors for those of you also taking advantage of working abroad. Our villa is surrounded by luscious tropical jungle and strategically located five minutes away from the heart of Tulum's town center, Gipsea market and Holistika surrounded by many eclectic stores and amazing restaurants, stunning sandy beaches, turquoise waters, freshwater cenotes and many astounding ancient Mayan Ruins to choose from.

Our villa has two levels. Living room, kitchen, guest bedroom with a queen bed, full bathroom and powder room are on the ground level.

Including dining room, kitchen and comfortable seating by our private pool is perfect for lounging and relaxing with your friends and family.

Second floor bedrooms have their own private balcony with views of the jungle.

The master bedroom has a queen bed, full bathroom, dressing room and walk-in-closet and the other bedroom has a two twin beds, full bathroom and closet.

Each room is equipped with an a/c and ceiling fans.
