This studio has a chic interior; with greige walls and high-end furniture, you will surely enjoy every moment around this unit.

The living/dining area is cozy, yet all inclusive. It has a double sofa bed (150*190), a small rounded coffee table, a matching dining table, and an armchair, with the colors navy and gold being predominant. We can also provide you with extra pillows and blankets, in case you need any. The area is separated with a modern partition from the sleeping area, and it includes beautiful decorations.

The sleeping area includes a wardrobe, a king-size bed, dressed with fresh linens, nested over a fancy rug with the colors of the room. The bed is surrounded by night tables with lamps, and is facing a large TV unit topped with an HD 55-inch smart TV with Netflix. There’s also a dedicated workspace with a chair, facing a large mirror. From within the bedroom you can access a private balcony overlooking the waters, furnished with a small table and two chairs, for your to enjoy your morning coffee with a beautiful scenery. The large floor-to-ceiling window glass is covered by room-darkening shades and mosquito net.

The kitchen at the apartment is beautifully decorated with black granite counter top, and grey cabinets. It is fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay, including cooking basics, dishes and silverware, hot water kettle, microwave, oven, refrigerator, toaster, wine glasses, gas stove, and a Nespresso machine.

There is also one full bathroom, including a toilet, a wash basin, and bathtub with a glass separator. It includes cleaning products, hot water, hair dryer, towels, soap, toilet paper, and more.
The apartment is equipped with safety equipment, such as carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, smoke alarm and first aid kit. It also has WIFI and central air conditioner throughout the space. That, in addition to an iron, drying rack for clothing, and a washing machine.

Metro stations near Business Bay include Burj Khalifa/ Dubai Mall Metro Station, Financial Centre Station and Emirates Towers Station.

Moreover, The 100-meter-wide Dubai Water Canal that connects Business Bay to the sea is part of Dubai's plan for water transport. Now complete, passengers can take water transport from Dubai Creek to reach Business Bay, Jumeirah, Al Wasl or Sheikh Zayed Road. Stations for water buses and private boats have been built on both sides of the canal, making this one of Dubai's major attractions both for tourists and residents.
