•Security Hold: A $500 pre-authorization will be placed on your credit card to cover any incidental charges. This is just a hold and will be released after your stay if everything checks out.

🚗Parking Access:
• Townhouse Parking: Guests can conveniently park their vehicle in the private driveway. For additional vehicles, overflow parking is available at the nearby clubhouse.
• Free parking is available at the Spectrum Resort clubhouse, just a short 7-minute walk from the property. For your convenience, you may park directly in front of the building for up to 15 minutes to unload luggage or pick up/drop off guests.
🐾 Pet Policy:
We love welcoming furry friends! Well-behaved dogs up to 30 lbs are allowed, with a limit of two dogs per home. The pet fee is $40 per night, per dog. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a pet so we can approve your request.
~A few important guidelines:
•Dogs must be on a leash when outside or in unfenced areas.
•Pets should never be left unattended in the home.
•Unauthorized pets will incur a $75 daily fee.
•Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets.
Certified service animals are always welcome and exempt from these fees and restrictions.
