If it’s been raining, the backyard tends to stay a little wet so the fire pit may not be useable and your pups may get muddy if left unattended outside.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the home with self-check-in available via a secure keypad entrance. Arrival instructions will be provided after completion of the rental agreement, ID verification, and either a refundable security deposit or damage waiver.
You'll have the entire space to yourselves, including the spacious fenced yard and pool area. The only off-limits areas are a small linen closet used for storage and the backyard shed. Enjoy your stay!

All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions.
