Mid-Century modern style 4 bedroom home

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. You will absolutely love this home. It is efficient and beautifully decorated. Every consideration has been given to make this your most confortable home away from home.
The space
Very comfortable and clean 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house conveniently located in town. All bedrooms have brand new queen size beds with soft linens, weighted blankets and plenty of space to spread out. Each room has a brand new 55" TV.

There is a total of 6 brand new Air Conditioners throughout the entire house. One Air Conditioner in each bedroom plus living room and laundry room. These will keep you feeling fresh on those hot summer days!

This place can accommodate up to a group of 10. Each bedroom has a queen size bed that accommodates 2 people each. So the rooms alone can accommodate a total of 8 guests. We have a decent size Laundry room with a futon that can accommodate another person and we have 2 couches where another guest can sleep.


KITCHEN ⏲

Our kitchen is stocked with basics for your stay. It includes: a sink, refrigerator, cooking stove/oven and over the range microwave. We also provide a coffee maker, Ninja blender, waffle maker, all eating utensils, cups and plates. We also have a water dispenser from Mt.Shasta Spring Water.

Alturas has a variety of eateries such as Pizza , Thai , Chinese , Mexican and also American food that will keep you full and happy for the rest of the day!

AMENITIES:

Generous quantities of linens, comforters, blankets and towels

FORGOT SOMETHING?? NO WORRIES, WE HAVE YOU COVERED!

Generous amounts of individually wrapped razors, shaving cream, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, shower caps, lotion, soaps, makeup remover wipes, toothbrushes, toothpaste, mouth wash, feminine products etc.

DINNING ROOM:

We have brand new bar tables with stools. As shown in the pictures!

LAUNDRY ROOM

We have a spacious laundry room with a futon. Brand new Samsung Washer and Dryer have recently been installed. We provide Laundry detergent and softening sheets. We also have an iron, ironing board and a steamer in case you’d like to use.

ENTERTAINMENT

There is a 55” Flat screen TV with Netflix and Hulu included in the living room and every bedroom! TNET internet access. We also have a variety of board games for a memorable time with the family. There is a propane BBQ grill outside. We’ve got a game of corn hole so you can enjoy a nice evening outside.

BABY/KIDS

This place is suitable for children. We have a box filled with toys along with a variety of coloring books and puzzles that will keep your little one busy!

LOCATION

This house is conveniently located in town!

The Arrow head golf course is less than a 4 min drive. (1.6). The local Holiday Market and Tesla charging station is 1.2 miles. The Disc Golf course, which is only 1.1 miles (located by the elementary school). The Hospital is only 2 mins away!

PARKING

Street Parking only. You can park in front of the house and there is more parking on the side of the house.

SECURITY CAMERAS

We do have security cameras outside the house. Please do NOT move them. Thank you.

YARD:

We planted grass in the yard and watering it regularly. We have someone mowing the lawn in a weekly basis. You will occasionally see us around the house doing some outside work/maintenance.

SMOKING:

NO smoking or vaping inside the house. We do however have a cigarette butt receptacle outside for you to use.

PETS

NO PETS ALLOWED. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to accommodate any pets. You will be charged with a $300 fee for any pets brought into the house.

GARBAGE 🗑

If you are here for a longer stay (one week or more) please place your garbage in the trash can that is located outside.
