My stay at the Ocean Front Luxurious Penthouse was excellent!!! Much more elegant than the photos. Very clean and all amenities onsite was impeccable as described. The ocean view was amazing from the living room and balcony. Special thanks to Jerome and Alvaro for your hospitality, communication and quick responses to questions. I made a quick trip with my brother for a 3-night weekend. Hill Top Condos is a great property. It looks very accurate as listed on VRBO. This unit has functional A/C in living room and both bedrooms. Furniture was very clean. Kitchen utensils, cookware were included. I bought one large bag of ice to substitute for an icemaker (and it was perfectly fine). The balcony and view make this unit exceptional. We ate breakfast/lunch/dinner all downstairs at the Waterfront. This food was so so so good. Prices were very reasonable. A pizza cafe is also right at the restaurant. Playa Alicia’s water is some of the clearest I’ve ever been in. Tranquil and beautiful water. Beach chairs and umbrellas were easily rented for the day as soon as I stepped foot on the beach. The property pool was also very relaxing and convenient (but it closes early at 8pm daily). The unit owner (VRBO host, Jerome) and property manager (Alvaro) maintained the most helpful communication at booking, prior to arrival and duration of stay. They made this one often the easiest vacations I’ve ever had. Alvaro spoke English also, which made communication convenient. I’ll definitely be back to this property.
