Our beach house harbors a relaxed, soft, modern environment.

Our Beach House is in a gated community, and three houses down, you can dip your feet in the crystal waters of the Caribbean. Here, you can refresh, surf, snorkel, or scuba dive. Here you can make your own island experience. The home has three suites (apartments), each with central air conditioning, a full bathroom, a full kitchen, a living room the main bedroom with a king-size bed, and a second bedroom with trundle beds. We have complimentary high-speed wi-Fi in the entire home. All guests will have access to our rooftop terrace, a friendly area to enjoy the ocean view, a drink, have a cookout, or embrace the sun lounging in a comfy chair. A gym and a yoga room to add to the relaxation. Guests are welcome to use our complimentary laundry room facility. We currently offer a variety of massages, using locally sourced oils, from experienced Puertorrican hands per request. They can be offered in our home or in the sand by the waves of the Atlantic Ocean.

For the explorers coming to visit, we are approximately a 5-minute drive away from a Blue Flag certified beach, Puerto Nuevo Beach, awarded on November 8, 2018. For surfers, or just unplugging, we are a 7-minute drive from Los Tubos beach. For shoppers, it’s a 25-minute drive to Barceloneta Premium Outlets. Our little paradise is 45 minutes from the Luis Munoz Marin International Airport (SJU) and 35 minutes from Historic Old San Juan.
