Gorgeous granite counter space and stainless steel appliances highlight the kitchen upgrades, with all the cookware and serving utensils equipped for easy at-home meal planning. There's room for four at the breakfast bar and the adjacent dining table sets the stage for family meals with seating for eight. Spread out on the living room sectional for shows and movies on the smart TV or head downstairs for some happy hour fun and friendly competition in the game room equipped with foosball and a game table. Parts of this home are air-conditioned from approximately Memorial Day until Labor Day each year. This home does not have central air conditioning.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
