• Bathroom & Hygiene Support – Full tub and shower combo offers flexibility for both quick showers and soothing baths, supporting patient comfort, circulation, and pain relief. Caregivers benefit from the extra space when assisting. Safety is prioritized with a shower chair, non-slip mats, and portable grab bars available upon request, ensuring every patient can bathe with dignity and security.

• Starting BASE Rate (Platform fees not included. Prices subject to change):

b. $2,950/month – Upper-level units (like Suite 25, 1100 sq ft)
• Standard Occupancy: Patient + caregiver (2 people).
• Maximum Occupancy: Up to 4 people in our 2 bed/1 bath layout.
• Visitors: Family/friends may visit or stay overnight for $15/night per person.
• Cleaning Services: Bi-weekly professional cleaning included (with fresh linens and towels provided). Weekly cleanings available at +$250/month.
We prioritize 30-day stays because in Colorado, reservations of 30 nights or more are exempt from lodging and sales taxes, making extended medical stays more affordable for patients and families. Guests may check out sooner if recovery ends early, freeing the unit for another family in need.
