Only a 10 minute drive to Laguna Seca Raceway, downtown Monterey, and the beach!

There is a tennis court and a small pool if desired.

If you need to check in early or check out late, we suggest booking an additional night on the front end or back end of your stay. This will allow you to check in as early or check out as late as you need to accommodate your travel plans!

There is one EXTERNAL ONLY security camera on the premises. This camera faces the front door.

This is a quiet neighborhood. We will not allow parties of any kind because it will disturb the neighbors. The location is in a nice, quiet, safe neighborhood.
Quiet hours starts at 10pm and are strictly enforced. There will be any fines for any noise disturbance reported by the police or HOA.

You are responsible for any damaged or missing items.

No Pets Allowed or there will be an additional $75 per pet.
No more than 5 people or there will be an additional $50 per additional person.
