Other things to note
- For your peace of mind, surveillance cameras are located around the exterior of the house (front garage and side garage); there are no inside cameras. Noise monitors inside and outside the house do not recording voice or conversation, only monitor decibels
- Safety features: fire extinguisher, carbon monoxide detector, smoke detector, first aid kit
- Guests will have access to the entire house except for the owner closet
- Driveway park up to 6 cars, no street parking is available
- Pool settings are all scheduled. When the heated pool is booked for an extra $20/night or $400/month, the pool is set to 85 degrees, however, pool temps are impacted when the weather drops below 60 degrees. So the pool temperatures can’t be guaranteed.
