Charming Dover Green condo just minutes from Mount Snow Ski Resort & Lake Whitingham. This well kept 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, plus loft unit features open concept living, dining, vaulted ceilings, natural woodwork, brand new 65" smart TV, brand new washer/dryer, and a wood burning fireplace. With easy access to Mount Snow, the village of Wilmington, nearby lakes, hiking, and biking, there is so much to do for tremendous year round enjoyment. There is nearby access walkable from the unit to the public MOOver shuttle to get around town.

THE SPACE
This lovely condo is centrally located in town, minutes from Mount Snow Ski Resort, Haystack Mountain, Mount Snow Golf Course, restaurants, shops and Lake Whitingham. There are plenty of activities for adults and kids such as skiing/snowboarding, snowmobiling, snow tubing, mountain biking, boating, kayaking, fishing, camping, bowling, mini golf, horseback riding, gyms, shopping and brewerys. We are located right off of Route 100 and just a short walk to the MOOver shuttle which can take you anywhere in town, free of charge.

There is a brand new washer and dryer in the unit, along with a brand new 65" smart TV.

***Please note in the amenities section of this listing, that this condo DOES NOT have air conditioning. Air conditioning is not permitted in Dover Green. Up here in Vermont there are maybe 10 days a year where the temperature gets above 80 degrees. Overnight lows during the summer months are in the upper 50s to low 60s, which cools the condo plenty when the windows and sliding glass door are cracked open. Fresh air is the best! If you are someone who requires air conditioning, I recommend not booking this property***

GUEST ACCESS
You will have access to the entire condo, with plenty of parking directly out front. A mudroom right as you enter the unit has plenty of space for your skis/snowboards, bikes and boots.

We didn’t go to ski we came to see the foliage and explore the area. It was a great location the town had a lot to offer and the other towns in the area also had alot to over. It was a beautiful area of Vermont I would highly recommend it.

Road Trip

We stayed here for 2 nights. When we first arrived the very first thing my husband and I noticed was the cleanliness of the place. There is nothing better then coming to a rental and it being so clean. The owner was so great with communication. This place was perfect for our family of 6. The only negatives I had were the towels that had a musty smell and there only being 4 chairs at the table vs 6. Besides that we felt super comfortable and a wonderful place to stay at. For the person or company that cleans this place - thank you for your hard work it is done very well!

Siesta Key Get-A-Way

The property was clean and bright, furnished with everything we needed or could imagine needing. It was in a wonderful location, close to a beach access, but off the busy main street. It was a short distance from Siesta village, just a short hop on the free trolley. Great vacation.

We found this condo to be absolutely as nice as described. It was clean, welcoming and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Wish we had had more time to stay longer. Just what we needed

This condo was perfect for taking my son and his friends to snowboard in Vermont. It was clean, comfortable and the proximity to Mt. Snow was ideal. One of the best values in the area. The fireplace was perfect for warming up after riding in below freezing weather. No issues in the condo, as it reached -20 one night! The included firewood is a nice touch - saved time and $$. Ken was very responsive throughout our stay. Will definitely be returning next winter.

To start with when we arrived the temps were in the high 30's and the thremostats were set at 54 degrees, taking way too long and way too uncomfortable for what we paid to stay one night. Thank goodness there was a fireplace. However, what exactly are we paying for when it is up to the paying guest to take the trash, refill the wood, etc. That is just bad and greedy business. Now for the reason that this place deserves to get no more than one star. WE WERE TORTURED STAYING THERE!! It is not okay and flat out inconsiderate and wrong to have so many air fresheners around a place where there are guests who are absolutely fragrance sensitive as well as asthmatics. It just happens that this couple has one of each; an asmatic and one who is incredibly sensitive to scents. I immediately had a migraine, which lasted the duration of the overnight stay, making every breath I took until we left painful as it went through my inflamed sinuses. My partner, who has asthma, was coughing and wheezing the whole time we were there as well. Even if we had gotten all of the air fresheners out of there, the sheets and blankets were washed with Tide pods that reek painfully as much. And, we have dealt with VRBO before. You are all business and totally heartless. All greed! We knew if we left and paid for another place, we would have lost what we paid for that torture chamber. Well, as long as VRBO is happy and well paid who cares right? Thanks for the nightmare.

In my few years of hosting, I have never had a guest complain about a place being too clean and nice smelling. Totally bizarre that this is the first I am hearing about this, 3 weeks after your stay, in a review. Not once have I ever had someone complain that the sheets smelled like freshly cleaned laundry, and that we have air fresheners in the condo to make it smell nice. May I recommend that in the future, that since you are so sensitive to fresh scents and are asthmatic, you check with your hosts to make sure that the place you are renting is accommodating to your needs. Also, maybe as an asthmatic, you shouldn't be smoking cigarettes and weed. Just a thought... End of the day, you are one of those guests that probably finds negativity in everything, and will never be pleased no matter how nice a place was. Stay at a hotel next time.

My wife and I purchased this property to bring our growing family to over the years. This is where we will teach our young ones to ski/snowboard. This condo will allow us to create lasting memories as we raise our children, and we would love to be able to share our condo to people who will enjoy it as much as we do.
