Perfectly positioned amid the invigorating outdoor adventures of Colorado’s famed Steamboat Springs, Sheraton Steamboat Resort Villas is a fun-filled family retreat. It’s the area’s only full-service ski-in/ski-out resort and sits just steps from Steamboat’s recently installed 100 million dollar, 10 Person Wild Blue Gondola that takes you directly to the top of Sunshine Peak (13 minutes), the famous Christie Peak Express chairlift and the Thunderhead Steamboat Gondola with Access to Storm Peak Express.
Enjoy Christmas week as well as the New Years celebration hosted by Steamboat from your villa which includes a light show, fireworks, free entertainment and smores for the kids.
The Sheraton has a 10 million dollar lounge with the best hot totties'- The Peppermint Smuggler is our favorite.
The Sheraton also has four amazing hot tubs, a heated pool and open air gas fired lounges areas for recreational use.
Enjoy food and drink while entertainment plays on the stage in front of the ice skating ring. Skates available for rental after skiing ends at 4:00pm.

The Burnham family live in New Jersey and Vacations in Colorado, Vermont, Maine and New Hampshire throughout the winter trying to maximize our skiing time at various locations.

Nothing short of an amazing family experience with 5 star amenities including hot tubs, lounges, restaurants, cleaning and linen service plus the ski storage throughout the day so that you and your family can hop on and off the slopes at anytime.
Night skiing is available as well and has always been an added bonus every night throughout the holiday season.
There are fantastic restaurants located on the property and both grocery stores and other wonderful restaurants within walking distance.
Located at the base of the mountain, Steamboat’s Christie Peak Express chairlift and gondola are within 100 feet of the back of the property and can be reached without ever taking off your ski's (sorry snowboarders).
