As you enter you will find the beautiful kitchen to your right - complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a roomy double-basin sink, and a bar with seating for two that makes for convenient serving to the nearby dining table. Here you will be delighted to find everything you will need to feel at home from a crockpot to a blender to a coffee pot. The close proximity to the dining and living areas makes it easy to grab a snack or whip up a meal without missing a thing.

A spacious dining table with stylish, chandelier lighting and seating for eight is located just across from the kitchen bar, which makes for an ideal bridge and serving area between the two spaces. Surrounded by windows and bathed in natural light, the dining area’s location between the kitchen and living room makes it perfect not only for meals but also for card games, board games, and puzzles.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home as well as the various amenities, including the shared heated outdoor pool, ski lockers, and card/coin-operated laundry facilities. Parking for two vehicles is also provided with required parking passes.

The Neighborhood:
This home places you in the perfect location for hiking, skiing, golfing, and exploring. Mere minutes from hiking at Keystone Gulch Trailhead, you are a short 6 minutes drive from both Keystone Ski Resort AND Keystone Ranch Golf Course. Make the 11-minute drive to Dillon and take in a concert at Dillon Amphitheatre or the views at Lake Dillon or continue two minutes further to Silverthorne, where you can shop the Outlets at Silverthorne. Within 25 minutes, you can find yourself in Breckenridge, with its historic Main Street full of charming breweries, galleries, cafes, and shops.

Getting Around:
From this home, you can drive to just about anywhere in Keystone in under 10 minutes. Six minutes from Keystone Ski Resort, you are also within 30 minutes drive or less from the slopes at Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Loveland, or Arapahoe Basin as well. Should you want to make use of the Summit Stage Free Bus system, the Silverthorne-Dillon-Keystone Route runs regularly runs year-round. Other Things to Note:
Please note that, like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. Please also be aware that there are 25 steps to the entrance of the home and the upper floors can only be accessed by stairs.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
