Nestled in the Foothills of the Catskill Mountains in the Otsego County, you will find beauty in every season. This beautiful ranch style home sits on almost 6 acre of private land with mesmerizing view of the mountain that can easily sleep 8 persons. The house is convenient located between 3 different town. Shopping, convenient store, restaurant are all located within 20 to 30 minutes away. All-stars village is only 25 minutes away. There is so much to do in the Catskills mountain whatever the season you plan on visit. We are surrounded by three different lakes, state park and the famous Baseball Hall of Fame Village located in Cooperstown which is 40 minutes away from the house. The house has been fully renovated and boasts all the amenities of home, it also have brand new AC units. All new kitchen cookware, kitchen appliance. With 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths.. If seclusion is what you're looking for privacy this will be the perfect house for you with no visible neighbor. Please keep doors close at all times, since we are in the mountain there is Critters.
Regardless of your reason for visiting us, you'll be happy you stayed. Cozy up to a fire in the fireplace during the cool seasons or start one in the outside fire pit during the warm ones. Enjoy the spacious yard along with the spacious interior. Whatever your reason for visit just relax and enjoy our beautiful home away from home....

We employ a cleaning service and our home is cleaned and disinfected thoroughly after each guest checkout.

Quiet and relaxing

Beautiful location in the mountains. My husband loved the lake across the street to fish! Inside of house was very nice, comfortable and clean. Had very good communication with owner and was very nice.

It fit the bill

It was better than staying in a hotel that was 45 minutes from the venue we attended. This house/property was only 20 minutes from venue. Kitchen had some cooking utensils. The house was clean and felt homey.

We had a wonderful time here and the views are amazing. The house was very immaculate and clean. The only amenities the house was missing was a regular coffee pot, a toaster, extra TP so you would have to bring your own. The stores are not all that close to get these things. 15-20 minutes to town. All in all we had a fantastic stay and would recommend to others.

Nice secluded house with a view

We were in the baseball tournament at Cooperstown. It’s only about 25 minutes to the facility. The house was nicely remodeled. Plenty of utensils, cookware and appliances for whatever you want to cook. There was a couple of minor issues but Natasha was very prompt in taking care of them. Excellent host!! Great view, and overall I would consider this destination again for sure!! Thank you for having us as your guests for the week!

The house was clean with plenty of room. We couldn’t find a wine opener, otherwise the house had everything we needed. There is a porch on the second level that looks out on a beautiful big pond or lake. The setting is peaceful and quiet. The only sound was the spring peepers chirping at night. Only a 10 minute drive into town. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this is it!

Fairly Good

It was clean, however smelled overwhelmingly like cleaning solution and took a few days to go away. It also has a HUGE earwig problem. They are everywhere! Kitchen sink, kitchen counter, living room, all bedrooms, bathtubs!! They climbed into our luggage and food, definitely should be sprayed to prevent these nasty creatures. Also, the description said it had a pool table. Even though not pictured, we were disappointed there wasn’t one.

We do not have airwig bugs up in the mountains. We do have tiny flies that come when the lights r left on outside the porch and ofcourse if the doors are open they will get inside the house. that is y i always recommend guest to close the doors at all time. And the house was cleaned hours before you arrived so there is definitely no way there would be bugs inside the house. Thank u

This house has no Air Conditioner!!

The house is nice, clean and has everything you need to cook, etc. However, it’s impossible to be in this house during the summer, the temperature in the house goes up to the 90s! And the owner is very adamant with not leaving doors open, so basically you are in a sauna.

Hi, the reason why the house was so hot is because you put on the heat for hours thinking it's the AC and I had allready told u the house does not have ac it has lots of fan however i never said u cant open the windows and door they all have safety mesh on them. The house is also cooler in the summer time since it built on the mountain side. You put the bbq grill next to the siding wall and melt the siding and never told me about it my cleaner send me pictures when u left.

Quiet and Comfortable

This house met our needs fairly well. There were plenty of towels and blankets provided and the beds were pretty comfortable. Coming from the south, it didn't occur to me that there might not be air conditioning, so that was an unpleasant surprise (it was quite hot out during our stay), but that's on me for not checking for that when selecting a place to stay. Thankfully, there were plenty of fans on site, so we were able to cool off as needed with the fans. The location worked out well for our needs, and the views from the house and property were lovely. We enjoyed hearing all of the frogs at night - there is a beautiful pond right across the street.

Nice house but beware of host!!

We stayed at the house and enjoyed our time, it was a lovely home, the outdoor area was a little messy though. However a few days after our stay the host accused us of damaging her home and demanded we pay over $2000 in fees including a contractor to fix the walls in the basement. In addition to that she requested we pay for a brand new rug and television when we absolutely did not damage the items. Overall nice property but beware of greedy host willing to take advantage of renters.

Hello, I have all ur messages that u text me saying how lovely and clean my house was. U guys damage my rug my table broke my coral decor break my walls 3 places, broke my lights, break one of my living room chairs, break my bed rail, ur pet stratch my pine wood, stratch my tv and so much more. U guys even eat pizza and put it in my pellet stove. Who does that? I have all the pictures of the damages and receipts of what its cost and have uploaded it on vrbo so there is evidence. I even have the messages where u agree to pay me for the damages then u decide that u wanted to come back to my house to see what u guys did meanwhile in the text messages u said u r sorry that ur friends damage my place. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO RENT U GUYS THEIR PLACE BECAUSE OF WHAT U DID TO MINE. I had so may guest before and had all good reviews but u r the WORST.
