FLORA VISTA is a hidden gem and just around the corner from some of the most beautiful beaches in San Clemente. FLORA VISTA is tucked up and away at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet suburb of San Clemente known as âForester Ranchâ.
FLORA VISTA sleeps 8 comfortably in beds. This home is the perfect executive rental. This beautifully furnished 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom single family custom home is 2,980 s.f. It includes wood flooring and tile throughout the entire first floor, vaulted ceilings and custom fireplaces. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with a center island that looks out into the gorgeous backyard. Occupying a separate wing of the home, the spacious master bedroom has a bathtub, walk-in shower, and a views overlooking the awe-inspiring hills and surrounding trees. Outside, the splendid backyard with an elongated pool is watched over by an open California room with a built-in bar and flat screen tv.
SUITABILITY: This is a non-smoking home. Must have an adult(s) over 21 staying at the house during the duration of your stay. FLORA VISTA is family friendly. Salt Water Pool and walking distance to Forester Ranch Community Park.
MANAGEMENT: Very clean and professionally managed. Vacation Concierge is available 24/7 for any questions, issues or concerns that come up during your stay.
LOCATION: San Clemente is a small, beachside town located in southernmost area in South Orange County. Visit the many shops and restaurants in the historic downtown known as âDel Mar Streetâ. Tons of charm in this quaint, sleepy little beach side community. San Clemente has one of the few pedestrian piers in Orange County and is equally situated between Los Angeles and San Diego just north of Camp Pendleton.
San Clemente offers over a dozen local beaches and is internationally known for its surfing and the year âround temperate weather. If your timing is right you might catch one of the many surfing contests. The neighboring town of Dana Point is just a few minutes north of San Clemente and offers one of the only two harbors along the Orange County coast.
