A dedicated parking area in the rear, capable of accommodating multiple cars and trucks with boats, guarantees hassle-free parking.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is quiet. Not a busy street. Neighbors on either side of the home are nice and polite. Neighbors do have dogs and roosters in their backyards that bark and crock when they see or hear movement on the back street.

Getting Around:
There is plenty of parking in the rear next to this unit. We extended the driveway to fit multiple cars as well as trucks with boats.
