Short and Sweet

Due to a college graduation we had family from many States gather in Manhattan to see our son play baseball. The goal was to stay in a place that encouraged family time, had enough beds for all, and was a central location to campus and shops. Holders House was perfect! There was enough room for us to serve meals on the kitchen island, play games at the dinning table, watch a little TV, have a good nights rest, and enjoy coffee on the porch. In addition, communication was exceptional prior to check in, and the process of checking in and checking out was simple. The Host considered the needs of a large group and there was ample coffee, homemade cookies, towels, and utensils!!! I can't say enough great things about Holders House! Thank You for creating the perfect environment for our family celebrations!

Mom’s Day

We were in town for our sons' Mom's Day festivities. The Holders House is such a great location - close to where our sons live, campus, and Aggieville. It has such a warm and comfortable feeling. We all loved hanging out on the porch in the morning for coffee or around the huge kitchen island for snacks. The Holders House has everything you could need for a weekend away and is very clean. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Complete Package Rental

We were in town for a mother’s and son weekend. The house was beautiful, beautifully decorated and clean.! The home was very well organized with all of the amenities within reach! I have stayed at a lot of VRBO’s and this one had everything imaginable! It made our stay so easy! I would suggest reading the fine print, there are two rental units above, which unfortunately creates noise issues! This was an issue for our young college students that came over in the evening, we were very respectful by turning down our music. But you just need to know going in that there is a 11 o’clock quiet time.! Otherwise, I would suggest renting this property 100%.

Amazing Rental

This house was perfect for a group of moms visiting our kids at KState. The home exceeded all expectations. It was well stocked with everything we needed and so many extras like a coffee bar, camp chairs, and monogrammed tumblers. The front porch was our favorite place to sit and the living room had a huge tv for cheering on the Wildcats. We walked to Aggieville each night. 5 Stars for sure!

Beautiful Home

This historic property was beautifully decorated. All rooms were exceptionally clean. The kitchen is a cooks dream with a pantry stocked with many pots, pans, storage containers and much more. Appliances are new and of high quality. The living room felt super comfortable with its large, leather sectional, comfy pillows and blankets.

Perfect location and space

Located near campus and Aggieville makes this house a great landing place for all things K-State. We had plenty of space for the adults and kids to hangout all under one roof!

Immaculate House / Perfect Location

This is the second time I have had the pleasure of staying at Holder’s House; once for a Cats game, and this time for a golf trip. There are lots of rooms and bathrooms, and everything is very modern. We will definitely stay here again if available!!

Great Weekend in Manhattan

This was our second year staying at Holder's House for a yearly golf trip with friends. The setup, location, and owner's management of the house are all top notch, and we plan to book early so we can continue staying there in coming years as well.

Great Home!

Our FFA Chapter Officers stayed at Holders House during FFA State Contests and we loved our stay! The hosts were so great about communication and making sure we were well cared for prior to our stay. The home is conveniently located near campus and shops and restaurants so we could walk if needed. We will definitely be back!

Marvelous in Manhattan

We loved our stay here--comfortable, lovely and lots of room for our large family. The kitchen area and family room were our favorite spots. It was a great plus to have lots of bathrooms for everyone to get ready. Comfortable beds, great showers and lots of little perks--coffee bar, cookies upon arrival--we felt special. BONUS: I texted the owner why we were there (to watch our nephew play OSU vs K State Baseball--and she left us two tickets to enjoy (we needed two more for the Saturday game). How cool is that? Will be back, for sure. Thanks for the great hospitality and fast messaging!!

Great Home

This home is perfect! We walked to Aggieville (even though it was cold), because it was like 3 blocks away. The beds were comfortable and spacious. Our group went out after the rodeos each night and were probably louder than we should have been, but we apologized to the upstairs tenants and they said they never heard a thing. Loved our stay. Communication was a generic, cookie-cutter email, but very nice. We had sent an email after booking the home with some questions, but there was no response. Again, not a deal breaker. Definitely will rent here again next year for the college rodeo.
