You will find our Country Farm House nestled on 88 acres of Edinboro Pa farmland. This 1864 Carriage House that was once a resting place on a stage coach route connecting Ohio to New York, has recently been completely renovated exposing the stunning character of long ago and finished with modern appeal and amenities! Enjoying endless wildlife, serene open fields, woods with various species, deep star gazes, and peaceful sunrises and sunsets is all part of our Country Farm House experience.

Upon arrival you will find private parking and entrance into the home.

Through the front door you will find an open concept space including a fully stocked kitchen with island and dining table seating as well as the living room with tv and games. Laundry amenities and a full bathroom shared with the master bedroom is located off the kitchen area. Also on the first floor is the large master bedroom suite with a king memory foam bed, private bathroom access, and private patio access.

The upstairs bunkhouse is also an open concept furnished with a second living room, two queen over queen bunks with four queen memory foam mattresses, a large full bathroom with a double vanity, and storage areas.

The property is available to explore, at your own risk, the acres of woods, fields and pond when the livestock is not on the premises. If the timing is right, you may catch a view of the stunning black horned cattle that graze the Deer Run Acres farm lands surrounding the home.

For your enjoyment a patio with seating, grill and large firepit are available for use.

The Country Farm House is attached to a small Interior Design Showroom commonly open M-F 9am-6pm. Although there is a shared wall, no interior access exists between the spaces. The home sits on operational regenerative farm land of Deer Run Acres, therefor seasonal grazing of cows and haying of fields will occur. Mutual respect and privacy between businesses and guests is required. Guests will have private and complete access to the Country Farm House portion of the interior of the building as well as the patio and firepit area. The property is available to explore in it's entirety when live stock is not on the premises.

Many attractions, amenities, events and experiences are with in 10-30 minutes. Within 10 minutes - Erie Hunt and Saddle Club, farm stands, downtown Edinboro Pa, Edinboro University, Edinboro Lake, local shops, restaurants, steel head fishing, and golf courses. Within 20- 30 minutes - Mount Pleasant Ski Resort, wineries, breweries and all that Erie Pa has to offer - Presque Isle, Waldamer, Zoo, Casino, and Millcreek Mall.
