2 private casitas & 1 private bedroom in front of the Laguna de Apoyo

Casa Única's inception comes from a dream to evade the city and live in the wild of the Laguna de Apoyo. As this natural paradise is shared with us, we want to share it with you. Our mission is to open our doors on this infinite relaxation and resourcing of the soul.

We live in the main house and we offer on VRBO our 2 private casitas & 1 private bedroom for 8 persons (4+2+2) with an amazing and intimate property right in front of the Laguna de Apoyo's shore. You have access to the entire property (minus the main house) and all our amenities: BBQ, Kayaks, Private parking, Hammocks, Picnic table, Beach chairs, all of this surrounded by a beautiful garden with a direct view on the lake!

House Rules:
• We are not responsible for noise coming from neighbors or the public beach in front.
• Check In: 2h PM
• Check Out: 12h PM
• Early Check In (from 10h AM) or Late Check Out (until 5h PM) for 10$ USD per couple *only when available
• Casita Café for 2 persons only (Double size bed)
• Casita Mango is for 4 persons (Queen size bed + Bunk beds)
• Colibri Room is for 2 persons (Double size bed)
• No additional people are allowed in the cabins
• We do not offer breakfast, nor food service
• Breakfasts are not included
• A restaurant is available close by Casa Única (150 meters)
• We accept pets on the property for a night fee
• No hunting, no fishing (we are in a protected Natural Reserve)
• No smoking inside the cabins
• Do not discard cigarette butts on the ground
• Do not drink tap water (it is not drinkable)
• We provide drinking water
• Do not user speakers during the quiet hours
• Quiet hours (10h PM until 8h AM)
• Do not leave food outside (use the fridge and cupboards)
• Keep organic food wastes in the kitchen bin
• Respect nature (trees, plants, and animals)
• Ask us to book your massage. ¡Massage therapist will come onsite!
• Ask us about the thermal source, hiking trails, birds & animals, sunrise, stars & full moon to observe 😊
