Diese luxuriöse, absolute Eckeinheit am Meer ist perfekt für besondere romantische Anlässe. Es wird jedoch 4 Personen aufnehmen. Dies ist keine Studioeinheit. Die meisten Eigentumswohnungen in Kona Magic Sands sind 400 m² groß. Privatsphäre, Sicherheit und Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang gehören Ihnen für Ihren Urlaub auf der Big Island von Hawaii. Das Gerät verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete, blickorientierte Küche und ein Wohnzimmer mit Glasschiebetüren, die sich zum Meer hin öffnen. Hier können Sie an den meisten Tagen Wale, Delfine, grüne Schildkröten und eine Vielzahl bunter Fische beobachten. Das Bad hat eine Badewanne und Dusche. Die Küche wurde komplett mit neuen und modernen Schränken überarbeitet. Der Backofen verfügt über einen großen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, eine Konvektions- / Mikrowelle, einen Herd mit 2 Kochfeldern und einen neuen Geschirrspüler.

Die öffentlichen Bereiche der Kona Magic Sands Condos sind gut gepflegt und sauber. BBQ (Propan), Grundstück, individueller Parkplatz, Waschküche hat 2 Waschmaschinen und 2 Trockner. Die Maschinen benötigen vier Viertel pro Ladung.

Das Einkaufszentrum Keauhou liegt 4,8 km südlich am Alli Drive. Es gibt ein Kita-Lebensmittelgeschäft, eine Pizzeria, eine Longs-Drogerie usw.

Great Ocean View

When booking this unit I wondered a little bit about the lack of a balcony. As it turns out, this corner unit with floor to ceiling glass and large sliding double doors on two sides create a wonderfully open space with great views and soothing breezes. It was almost like staying right on a balcony. The active surf below provides all the ocean din anyone could want. We found the unit clean, well appointed, and well stocked - at least for our needs. If our journeys ever bring us back to the Big Island I would definitely book this unit again.

Great Location

We enjoyed watching the sunset, numerous whales and dolphins swim past everyday. This location is a little out of town and right on the beach, easy access to wherever you want to go for the day. Unfortunately, there was construction going on both below this unit and next to the pool. The condo could use some TLC and more comfortable furniture.

Right on the Ocean

We had a nice stay at the Magic Sands. The property is right on the water. You could hear the crashing waves the entire time. Ted was very communicative and helpful, as was the property manager. At check in, the place had not been cleaned but the property manager sent someone over as soon as possible that night to get clean linens in. The following day another person came to properly clean. Once all this was settled we really enjoyed the location right on Ali'i Dr. It was nice to have beach chairs and boogie boards to use during our stay. We would stay again.

40th Anniversary

This was the first half of a two week getaway with my wife. This was our first vacation rental and it was nearly perfect. Some things that weren’t perfect but I don’t feel it should affect the 5 star is that there is construction on the property and the pool wasn’t available for the first couple days due to a high tide that flooded the pool (tells you how close we were). That said, the condo was clean, well furnished and the desire to be close to the ocean was achieved! Wonderful place to just enjoy the waves from a comfortable chair. I would strongly recommend this condo. It was easy to check in and check out!! Look forward to returning perhaps later this year.

Wow what a spot

Location, location, location. I doubt there is a better view from anywhere else on the Kona coast. Directly down from our third floor corner room we watched fish swimming in The waves every morning. White sands beach is steps away and the host provided everything we needed for swimming, snorkeling and lounging on the beach. The place is a little old and shows its age, but I wouldn’t let that deter me a moment from coming back. Absolutely fantastic!!

Magic Sands stay

Nice location. Studio unit. There is a popular beach next door (although watch your time of year since the sand "disappears" exposing rock). We enjoyed the restaurant/bar attached to property. Some construction noise during our stay, but it wasn't too bad since it was at the other end of the building. Pool is very comfortable temperature. View from unit is directly to the ocean and very nice!

A dream vacation waking up by the ocean

Wonderful holiday thanks to this amazing apartment right on the ocean. The apartment is exactly as described and the host provides everything you need for a vacation by the sea.(Thanks so much Ted!!!) The location is perfect, so close to the beach, and to Kona, which is great! you can buy groceries at the supermarkets, enjoy the restaurants and shops, and walk around downtown. It is very convenient if you book tours because most of them have a stop nearby the Kona area. We totally recommend it and we will be back. Thanks for all Ted, we have had a wonderful vacation! Clean and comfortable condo. Bigger than we thought it would be. Great location for nearby beaches, snorkeling and visiting Kona. We could see the beautiful waves and fish right from our balcony. Amazing sunsets.

Short stay in May

This place is very spacious (being on the corner). It had everything we needed to visit the beach. Cooler, chairs, towels, etc. We only stayed a few nights, but the reserved parking space was very nice and the beach next door was perfect for afternoons. A major grocery store is just mins away via car. Lots of windows let you watch the ocean, and fish activity.

I love the ocean, I haD a water front home in Nanaimo and a condo on the beach .I am from west coast marine climate, I love the fact that Kona only gets 8 to 10 inches of rain annually. If I get home sick we can always go to the hills behind Hilo.I also like the average temperatures 81 to 87 unlike the desert extremes 67 January to 107 July. The unit 314 has been tastefully updated with antique furniture. It's 3 miles South of the main Kona strip which I regard as a good thing. But it is still on Alii Drive for nice morning or evening peaceful walks. Yet you are only minutes away from town.It has a great location right next to the ocean. You couldn't be closer without being in it. The view on this total glass corner unit really makes it and allows for fabulous sunset views. This unit has a large WOW factor.

The size of the condo. Most of the condos at Kona Magic Sands are 400 sq ft ours is 660 sq ft. The Lani's is enclosed, so you can sit at your table with the glass doors open and see and hear the waves. You also wake up in the morning and sit up in bed and see the ocean. It's amazing.Dophins and Whales are often seen right out in the ocean from your unit.
It's right on Magic Sands Beach, which is a great beach. There aren't a ton of swimming beaches right in Kona and this one is one of the best. Some of the best boogie boarding and snorkeling on the Island. 314 is on the 3rd floor with extra great views and no street noise. It is air conditioned ,has a spa tub and numbered parking. Separate Wifi with network cable ports,road runner Time Warner Cable
