Perfectly situated in downtown Middletown, this modern 2-story home sits in a quiet location but yet is just a 2 minute walk to the local cafes, coffee shops, grocery stores, community pool & more. It's an ideal spot if you are heading up Hwy. 175 toward Cobb Mountain & Boggs forest, out to Harbin Hot Springs, or further north to Hidden Valley Lake, Lower Lake & Clear Lake.

This property is located about 20-30 minutes north of Calistoga. For those wanting to visit Napa Valley, please note, you do have to drive over a windy, mountain road to get to Calistoga and the Napa Valley. We have many wonderful wineries here in Lake County and are happy to provide recommendations, if desired!

The huge entry hallway offers plenty of space for storing mountain or road bikes or other outdoor equipment that you want to bring inside for the night.

Upstairs is all the main living areas including the full kitchen, complete with dishwasher, pantry, microwave, electric range, refrigerator, and both a standard coffee maker or a single serve. It is fully stocked with dishes & all of the cooking essentials.

The living room & dining room enjoy vaulted ceilings & a cute deck with patio table, chairs & bbq looking out to the street ~ a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee.

The living room has two convertible couches, that can be laid flat to provide two twin-size bed options (most suited for children). There is a TV with Roku firestick and WiFi is provided.

The large upstairs bedroom features a king bed, desk area, walk in closet & black out curtains. The full bathroom offers a tub/shower combo with a jetted tub, pedestal sink & skylight.

Downstairs is an en-suite bedroom with a queen bed, full bathroom with stall shower, walk in closet & utility room with washer/dryer & utility sink. New addition - 3rd bedroom has been added complete with a bunk bed featuring a full size bed on bottom and twin bed on top! (Please note this room does not have central air/heat.)

Please note the main living is upstairs and the stairway is a bit steep for some.

This is the main house and comes with the designated paved parking spot for one car in the driveway. There is a detached studio cottage behind this home, which does use the side yard for access and the gravel parking space is reserved for the cottage.

Need more space? The cottage can be rented separately and can sleep another 3 adults, or 2 adults + 2 small children (VRBO# 3067759). However the entire MAIN house is exclusively included in this rental.
