The Space:
This Beautifully furnished home is the Perfect get away!  The Spacious living and dining areas are perfect for gathering.  The back deck looks out over the number 3 green, par 3, on the Coronado Golf Course, and straight back to the tee box.  The split floor plan is perfect for privacy with a door to close off the 2 guest bedrooms and bathroom from the living area.  All 3 rooms have King sized beds, so everyone sleeps like Royalty.  The 3 car garage is great for your car and your golf cart trailer.  There are multiple restaurants within 8 miles.

Hot Springs Village is the largest gated community in North America and has a variety of amenities that can be enjoyed by all who visit. With 8 public golf courses, 11 Lakes, miles of bike and hiking trails, pickleball courts, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, mini golf, playground, outdoor basketball courts - Something for Everyone! 

Guests can only enter through 2 of the gates - be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle free commute and check in.

The world famous Hot Springs Bath Houses & Spas, Oak Lawn Casino and Horse Racing are all only about 30 minutes away.

Guest Access:
Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, give the guard your name, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.

You can purchase a "5 Visit" pass card. This is an easy and inexpensive way for you to sample some of our most fun activities.
