This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath on the 17th Floor at Bay Watch Resort is steps from the beach at North Myrtle Beach. Enjoy beautiful beaches and heated pools all year round. Great location that is centrally located in North Myrtle Beach. This condo is comfortable with all the extras you would expect in a beachfront condo. This is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom - Sleeps up to 8 Condo that has 1 King bed in the main bedroom and 2 queens in the 2nd bedroom and a Sleeper Sofa in the living room. The kitchen has full-sized appliances for cooking and entertaining guests. Great condo with a great view of the beach.

From the living area, you can walk out to the balcony overlooking the ocean. This is our hot spot for morning tea or coffee while you inhale the salt air and watch the sun peek out over the Atlantic in the mornings. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV as well as two queen beds, each with new bedding and pillows.

We want your stay to be comfortable and fun, so we provide 3 rolls of toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and dish towels so you can start your vacation right away.

Relax by the many pools, enjoy the views, take in the salt air as you stroll on the beaches, enjoy the balcony in the evenings as you take in all the sounds of nature from the ocean, there is so much to do. We hope that you will enjoy our condo as much as we do.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Bay Watch Resort will be completing room door painting in Tower 2 during the following dates (weather permitting). Painting is scheduled Nov 17-21, 2025 (weather permitting). Each door will require 2–3 days:
Day 1: Prep work — doors open ~1–2 hours, then closed.
Day 2: First coat — doors slightly propped open ~1 hour to dry.
Day 3 (if needed): Second coat — doors slightly propped open ~1 hour.
Zepol painting staff will always be present to ensure security. Minimal disruption to guests is expected.

Overall our stay was very nice with they exception of not receiving our email with room number and code upon our arrival, we arrived after 4 and had to keep calling/ emailing til we got our information. Only other issue really was a water issue where water was out for the whole building for approximately 1:45 right as we came from beach at lunchtime with a 2 year , Also elevators were out and most of the time 2 were working but sometimes only 1 and we were on 17th floor, the location and room and ocean view was very nice,

Great location, close enough to do the “touristy stuff” in Myrtle Beach but far enough north to be a bit more calm and relaxed. Kitchen had everything we needed, bedding, towels were soft/fresh, AC and ceiling fans worked great. Balcony was our favorite place to relax at night. Washer/Dryer was new and a huge perk! Large TVs in every room was great. The poolside bar was fantastic and the staff were really friendly. There’s an ice cream counter in the gift shop and we often saw families getting treats so it must be good. Parking was a breeze and close. The umbrella/chair rental on the beach is directly in front of the resort so it was very convenient and if you buy consecutive days in advance, it’s very reasonable. There were so many pools and hot tubs in addition to lazy rivers so there was always something to do. The staff do monitor the pool decks to ensure only guests are using the pools, which was greatly appreciated. Lots of families with fun poolside entertainment and/or live music each day. Overall a really good experience.
End unit allows lots of sunlight!

Nice location on the ocean

The location and view were great. The listing is not accurate. The second bedroom has two FULL beds, not two queens, which was an issue for us because we were expecting older kids to be able to share them comfortably. When we went to use the fold out couch as a back up, there were crumbs and trash in there and we just weren't comfortable making our kids sleep on it. The floor was covered in sand and there was broken glass on the floor and under the couch. I let the property manager know about the sand and they told me I should be able to find a broom or vacuum there. I did, but the vacuum had no suction and I swept and swept with the broom, but it was a losing battle. They said they'd get back to me and never did. I live at the beach, so I get that there will be sand, but this was excessive. The king bed was comfortable. If the listing were accurate and the cleaning was better, it would have been great.

A Place to Rest

We arrived about 1 hour after check in time but unfortunately our condo was not cleaned. They were responsive and had someone come over relatively quickly, but that required us to leave (even though she said we didn’t need too.) Overall, the condo needs to be deep cleaned. Mold in the main shower, dirty baseboards, dirty doors, etc. I had to give it a good wipe down to feel comfortable in it. And probably left it cleaner than it was. I also washed all the bedspreads as I wasn’t convinced these were cleaned either. Also, the washing machine was moldy as well - so gave that a good clean too. I’d recommend bringing your own pillows (we did!) Internet connection was not reliable and the instructions were not clear as to where to specifically connect. We used our private hotspots. It was a good location and quiet with a beautiful view. The pools were great for the kids, had a band/DJ which was nice, and a nice outdoor bar with delicious drinks. Ample space for a younger family. Had the essentials. A place to rest for a busy family who spent most of their time on the beach or doing activities outside.

Horrible

So this was the second time we havstayed at the Baywatch and we LOVE the Baywatch! Perfect for families. However the listing is extremely inaccurate. When we reached out to the host they were extremely abrasive and it was not their problem and we are just wrong. First off the second bedroom has two full beds not queens. When we reached out to the host she was like….nope your wrong. However queens are 80 inches or 6’8” long…my 6’1” husband feet were hanging off the bottom. I have pictures. So I couldn’t sleep in bed with him and had to share a bed with my daughter and move her sister to the couch which was uncomfortable for all involved. Sharing a full with a teenager for a week was horrible. Then the TV didn’t work in the second bedroom. The wifi wouldn’t work. Reached out and sent screenshot of available networks. She said ask front desk….front desk said you didn’t book with us not out problem. So despite reaching out it wasn’t the host problem and we never got resolution oissues.
