Beautiful and newly built townhouse that sleeps up to 14 people. Perfect for ball teams, family reunions, bridal parties, and much more. Within 1 mile to softball complex, walmart, many restaurants, children's museum, menards, starbucks, bike and walking trail and other great businesses. In a very quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of the starry sky. Ping-pong table, corn hole and board games for entertainment. Nice big t.v's, internet, washer, dryer and dishwasher and fully equipped kitchen. There is a king room with attached bath and a queen bedroom with bath just down the hall on the main floor. The basement has 1 queen room, 1 room with 3 queens, a pullout sofa in the family room and 1 full bath. There's so much space and its perfect for large families, teams, companies and more. You will love it so much and will want to make it your home away from home!

Perfect for Graduation

This was a really great location and a beautiful home for a larger group of people to stay and to host for a gathering for celebration after the graduation! Host was amazing she responded quickly and was very helpful and friendly! I would definitely recommend and will even consider re-booking in the future!

Great Stay

We were in the area for our daughters wedding. This venue was super clean, location was very convenient and everything was in working order. Which was great because we were exhausted every night when we came back to the property. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

Very NICE! Our family came from several towns and stayed at this beautiful property. To our pleasant surprise it was even decorated for the Holiday and Beautiful! The Hostess was very kind and easy to work with. We would highly recommend this property.

Disappointed!

Here are some of the issues we encountered. We were charged extra as we had 8 people staying there even though it was listed as accommodating up to 14 people. That being said, there was not even enough silverware for more than 5 people. The home was not clean. We had to wipe down the bedside tables which were very dirty. The shower curtains desperately need replaced as have lots of soap scum and even mildew. We were not able to use the bathroom in the basement as there was a terrible odor coming from the bathroom. There is also a hole in the ceiling of that bathroom. The floors were also dirty and we had to vacuum the rugs before using the bedrooms. There are no smoke detectors in the basement (there are 2 bedrooms). There is no carbon monoxide detector in the home. Nebraska state regs state that if there is an attached garage (which there is) there needs to be a carbon monoxide detector. This home was not worth the cost.

I can’t say enough to state what a nice property this was. The pictures just don’t do it justice it is so much nicer in person! And they were so accommodating! We had some family and a few friends over for my son’s graduation and they provided an 8ft table and extra chairs to help us out! Worked out perfectly to have the food and cake in the garage area. I haves shared the listing with friends to do the same for next year! It was so great! Thank you so very much!

Great space!

We brought our club volleyball team for a team bonding night. There was plenty of room for nine teenage girls and three moms. The house was clean and in a great neighborhood. The owner, Kelly, was so helpful from booking to check out. I would definitely stay here again!

Great space for family gathering

We rented the property to host Thanksgiving dinner for family in Kansas. Hastings was about half way. Never thought I would be able to find such a nice place in the location we needed. Thank you to the property owner for having this space and appointing it with such nice furniture and amenities. We will recommend to others who need a place to stay in the area.
