Conveniently located in the heart of the valley

Thank you for your feedback and for highlighting the many things you enjoyed about the apartment, including the location, kitchen, laundry amenities, and fresh flowers. I’m sorry your morning was disrupted by noise from upstairs. As noted in the listing, the apartment is located below our family’s main living area, so guests should expect to hear normal household sounds from time to time. We are an active family with two Labrador retrievers, and when I let them outside in the morning they get very excited. Their wagging tails have a tendency to bang against walls, doors, and anything nearby, which I believe was the noise you were hearing. When you reached out during your stay, I responded with what I believed was the most likely explanation and offered suggestions for the thermostat, which can run warmer than expected until guests find a comfortable setting. I certainly never intended to make you feel dismissed, and I’m sorry my response came across that way. Regarding the mattress, comfort is very subjective, and I understand that not every mattress is the right fit for every guest. This is the first feedback I’ve received about the mattress in three years of hosting, but I will still inspect it carefully to make sure it remains in good condition.
