Remote getaway with spectacular view of Mt.Rainer.

Beautiful spacious home. Located in a remote, peaceful setting with a nice view of the valley and Mt. Rainer in the background. Lots of outdoor activities for kids and adults alike. Highly recommend. Would stay again..

Holiday with Family

We had a wonderful time celebrating the holidays with family at this beautiful home. My teenage grandchildren loved playing basketball, pickleball, and the pool table. The kitchen and dining room were large enough to prepare and host our family meals. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Family Reunion

Our family had a wonderful stay at this house. The grandchildren loved the play structure, the basketball court, and the arcade game. The adults loved the pool table and foosball. There wasn’t enough time to enjoy all the amenities. The house was clean and beautifully decorated for Christmas. If you are planning on cooking, the kitchen is only minimally stocked so plan to keep it simple. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent for Families

Our family stayed at this home for 5nights. It is an excellent property for entertaining the family with a pool table, foose ball table, pickle ball court/basketball court, pool (extra cost) and a hot tub. Amazing to have all these choices. The property manager is very friendly & extremely helpful! We would definitely stay here again!

Great Pool

Pool was great. Awesome location to venture out into Tacoma or just stay in residence for large family gathering. You can jump on 1 line and be in Seattle in 30 minutes.

Wonderful getaway for a family reunion

This is a great property with lots of variety of things to do: swim, hot tub, tennis/pickleball, billiards, foosball, or just enjoying the great view from within the house! There were 11 of us, including 3 small children and had a great time, both inside and outside. The owners are very responsive to suggestions and even with a few minor glitches, we would highly recommend this property for a great family weekend.

Perfect for our extended family vacation

This home was perfect for our "Cousin Camp" vacation with kids ranging from 5 to 12. Plenty of space and so many fun things to do. We had planned to go to the nearby weekend farmers markets and Wild Waves, but we were having so much fun that we ended up not leaving the house! Really appreciated the great communication from the lovely host. We are looking forward to coming back again.

Beautiful property! Great communication

The hosts were pleasant and responsive! Very helpful with questions about where things were such as the switch for the basketball court lights. The home was in a beautiful area, the home was clean and well stocked and lots to do. We had a large family gathering and the hosts were very accommodating and there was space for everyone. We talked about wanting to book again in the warmer months so we can utilize the pool and bbq spaces!

Great communication from Tom, the property manager. Previous guests did not leave the key inbox and Tom responded within minutes to work out a solution. Lots of space for our Family Christmas. Having the second kitchen space downstairs was handy.

Amazing Property

My family booked this property as "home base" as we traveled from the East Coast for my daughter's wedding. The home was perfect for our needs! My 9 yr old grandson didn't want to leave. There was always something to do with so many in home amenities. The layout of the home met our needs perfectly and everyone was comfortable. Having the extra kitchen in the basement was a great perk. Communication with Tom & his team was great, he was always quick to answer any questions. As I told Tom, I wish I could just pick up his property and move it to wherever my family travels in the future.....I would 100% choose this home again and again.

Wonderful family vacation

We stayed here for our annual family get-together, 7 adults and 5 kids. The grandparents arrived 45 minutes before check-in time and met Tom and Phuong while they were finishing up preparations for our arrival. You couldn't meet 2 nicer people, they told us not to worry about being early and let us into the house, which was spotless, while they finished up outside and Phuong walked me through how to use the theater room remotes. We were very fortunate with the weather so made full use of the swimming pool and pickleball court - the kids loved it so much we gave up on plans we had for Lake Tapps and stayed at the house the entire 3 days. The house has 3 floors so in the evenings the adults could be loud on the bottom floor playing pool while the kids slept peacefully on the top floor. We also indulged in a night-time swim and were very grateful for the hot tub afterwards ! All-in-all it was a wonderful family vacation.

Great house

Is a great house for a big group. Part of my activities plan was to go to wild waves which we regret going because the kids had more fun at the house pool than at wild waves. The pool a little deep for kids but they have life jackets there and we also took our owns. Every question I had Tom reply so fast. Overall we were really happy with the house.

Home Away From Home

I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to enjoy quality time with each other at a house. Hot tub worked perfectly! TV and Bluetooth audio were easy to figure out. The house was clean and inviting. Perhaps the best part of the home is the outdoor property and surrounding views. Spectacular views of Mt. Rainer. Well maintained basketball/pickle ball court, and overall beautiful piece of land. Hosts were quick to respond. Excellent experience.

Cousin’s Reunion

We all had a wonderful time. The weather cooperated making for gorgeous views. Family came from Newport Beach, Chicago, St. Louis, Charlotte and Tacoma. Only a few recommendations; more pool towels, dish towels (couldn’t find any so I bought a couple and left them for future guests), maybe tv instructions and a list of local grocery stores and restaurants. Maybe some board games, cards, etc in case of bad weather and guests are confined indoors. However, as mentioned earlier, we all had a great time. Thank you.

The property was as it was listed. There was plenty of space for our family of 11. There was plenty of seating for dining but could use more chairs in the living room. The view was tremendous from the living room, bedrooms, and deck. We loved the pool, hot tub, fire pit, and sport court. With 4 bathrooms, there was never a bottleneck. Costco and Safeway were close by for the things we couldn't bring with us. The second kitchen gave us the extra fridge for all the food we needed. The host was helpful and friendly and was quick to respond to questions and a stuck window.

Incredible Weekend Stay

We were a family of 4 w/an additional 8 guests (between 17 & 18yrs) for a 2 night stay! We planned a surprise birthday gathering for my daughter & searched many platforms for a place where we could rent a few days to do this surprise but also a place that could entertain my daughter and her friends w/o us having to provide the entertainment! Lol We were amazed to find such a unique place so close to home where we’re from in the Tacoma area! Honestly, there’s no other place in the surrounding area like this house where you can rent all that this place encompasses! For starters, they had a basketball/tennis court! They have an indoor jacuzzi that has an amazing system that apparently connects to the outdoor speaker system. My daughter and her friends played some music while in the jacuzzi around 10:30pm and had no idea it connected to the outdoor speakers! So, something to be aware of! There’s an outdoor heated swimming pool! It wasn’t accessible to us as it is still winter but you better believe we will be back during the summer when it will be available! Towards the back of the property is their fire-pit & so much more to this house! This place kept our kids entertained the entire time! Not a moment of boredom! The house was everything their age group needed to enjoy a weekend together making memories that will last a life time! Tysm Tom & Mai for providing a place that’s unique to our surrounding area and for being so graciously accommodating! Many blessings to you both!

Best getaway within short distances

Our host was very thorough with explanations as far as how to navigate all the systems with outdoor lights, music, hot tub and swimming pool. And he would respond within minutes if we had questions about the property. Thank you, Tom for letting us stay at your piece of heaven within cities and cannot wait to see the Japanese garden once it is finished.
