So no money was spared to just make it a profitable rental business. For your safety and ours this property features an outdoor security camera installed at the front porch and one in the backyard. This house is a family retreat and is being loved, cared for and shared as such for our guests enjoyment.

The location is ideal for the ones who appreciate being close to the beach shoreline but not in the middle of the commercial activity of the island. There is a walkable access to the beach via the 9th Street overpass or a very short drive (under a mile) to the first beach access at the end of the Middleton bridge road. Oak Island is probably the island where more free public parking is available for non-residents. This was one of the determining factors we considered when choosing a place to build our beach home.
