Apartment is 5 minutes drive to Mar A Lago and the Beach (A1A) and less than 10 minutes away from the beautiful, happening Downtown West Palm Beach. Bicycles are available upon request to bike to the beach or intercoastal!

Only a 8 minute walk to the gorgeous lake with bike and walk paths.
The Space

Great neighborhood with close proximity to the beautiful, warm water Beaches, Gorgeous Downtown west palm beach, the Ritzy Worth Ave Shopping Plaza. This is a nice one bedroom Apt. with new flooring and restored wood flooring. Queen size bed extremely comfortable Sealy mattress. Lovely bedding. Beautifully furnished, decorated rooms.

Private access to the Apartment. This is a small one bedroom apartment. The bathroom is connected to the bedroom and is accessible by going through the bedroom.

Convenient, quiet location

Just as the description on their HomeAway site states, this apartment is located a short walk to a walk along the lake. Great location for accessing West Palm Beach, Palm Beach, and for nearby day trips. And the apartment is located in a very quiet neighborhood. For a few days stay, this apartment worked out great.

Super Great!

We had a wonderful stay! There was extra towels/ beach towels and blankets for just in case! the living area was super comfortable. the location is amazing, within 15-20 minutes to anywhere you wanna go. They also left some recommendations of restaurants to go to that are close by! Overall, we are very pleased with our stay!

Excellent location, safe neighborhood, clean apartment

From beginning to end, Parisa made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The water tank, beach towels and beach chairs were a pleasant surprise. Everything in the apartment was clean and worked well (including air conditioner, very good plumbing/drainage and excellent water pressure). We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will definitely visit again!

Great location between everything that is literally 10-15 miles and less to see. Dwight and Parisa offered to take me to the store and were so kind. The little apartment is exactly as pictured and was actually bigger than i was expecting - perfect directions on activities and operating tv and a/c - this would be my first pick again when here and i will definitely tell all my friends about this hiddem GEM!!!

CAUTION DO NOT STAY- YOU WILL BE CHARGED EXTRA AFTERWARDS

I stayed here for 6 nights at the end of January. When we arrived the driveway was too steep to park on. So for those who have rental cars- beware as you will have to park on the road. Although we had no problem in the neighbourhood- the area surrounding is not as nice as advertised. The apartment itself is above the owners house with steps to get up to. The apartment was far from clean- the kitchen dishes and cutlery were dirty, hair and dust scattered on the floor, a very smelly fridge, and the bathroom was dirty. One night I got locked in the bathroom as the lock mechanism was not functional from the inside and will lock on itself, fortunately I was not on my own so that my boyfriend could open the door from the outside. There was a cold spell when we visited Florida and the apartment was freezing. Finally to top off our stay, a few days after our departure I received a message from Parisa along with an email stating that she has charged me $40 for items we didn’t damage. I was thoroughly disappointed with this additional charge and with my stay overall.

This is a response to Sara’s misleading and fraudulent claims. She wrote this review because she was angry about us charging her $40 for the sheets that she or her boyfriend had stained. They had eaten in the bed. We actually found food in the sheets which was disgusting. She dirtied up the thoroughly washed and dried utensils, pots and pans. Additionally, they were extremely dirty and left hair, dirt, dirty items all over the place. What she said about the neighbourhood is an absolute lie and our reviews will show that. We live in a very nice neighbourhood with families and couples and dog owners who walk their dogs in the neighborhood. We are 7 minute drive away from the beach across from Mar-a-Lago , Walking distance to the intercoastal which everyone knows is absolutely beautiful, as well as the charming downtown West Palm Beach. What she mentioned about the bathrooms is an absolute lie there is no way that you can lock yourself in that bathroom. Every single word that was said in this comment was an absolute lie and a revenge for the $40 charge as she was extremely upset about it. This guest was a college student with total disregard and respect for one’s property. Additionally, when I told her that she was going to be charge for that $40 for destroying the sheets, she said that she was going to write a bad review if I charged her. And that is exactly what she did she simply lied. I would not recommend this guest to anyone unless you don’t mind your property getting destroyed. She will also try to get a discounted rate claiming that she is a student, which we were kind enough to grant to her, not knowing what kind of evil, ungrateful person we were dealing with.

Beautiful stay

Parisa and Dwight were absolutely the most accommodating and wonderful hosts. Their property is beautiful and in a central location to downtown West Palm Beach. Upon coming in later than expected, we were met with such hospitality. They really go out of their way to ensure your comfort. Our trip had many bumps in the road, but their property was a true God Send. I would absolutely recommend this property.

Sunny and Clean Stay

We had a wonderful time in Parisa and Dwight's apartment, it is located just a block off the main road with many restaurants (some you can even walk to) and makes it easy to just hop on the road to the downtown area at Clematis street. The mattress is very comfortable and the TV has all the streaming services you could ask for if need be. Thank you for letting us park in the driveway too, made it super easy to get in and out! I would defiantly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a quiet area that's just a quick drive to waterfront activities. PS: your landscaping was fantastic, I loved waking up and just seeing the greenery outside - I just saw a review that mentioned the jasmine, now I know what the nice smell was upon arrival!

Perfect for our needs

This property was close to where we needed to be to visit our son at Keiser University. We were very comfortable and it was easy to communicate with Parisa, our hostess. We especially appreciated the beach chairs that were supplied, since these would have been difficult to bring on a plane! We enjoyed staying here and would book this property again. Conveniently located clean apartment!

Our hosts were very gracious and helpful with our luggage since we both have health issues. Bed was very comfy and the apartment was clean and adequately equipped. We would have enjoyed access to an outdoor patio or porch as our former WPB rentals had. The apartment was convenient to some of our favorite restaurants (Havana, Howleys, and Flannigans) and to I-95 access to other attractions in the area. Thanks for a nice stay!

This is an older garage apt. The Queen bed was extremely comfortable. We had everything we needed. We were happy to take our little dog. 2 negatives were we got there around 5 pm and the ac was off and at least 85 degrees inside. It took until the next morning for the 2 window units to cool it down. They work great, they just weren’t on. Also should be noted in the description that you have to go through the bedroom to use the bathroom which our adult nephews did not care for. They opted to stay with their grandmother. Everything was clean and it was quiet and seemed safe. It could use a ceiling fan in the bedroom.

Must Stay! Wonderful apartment and Hosts!

Dwight and Parisa were very welcoming and accommodating. Apartment is exactly as pictured. Just minutes away from the water. Centrally located to lots of sights to see. My son and I stayed for a baseball tournament. This has all the comforts of home! Was able to cook , do laundry and sleep (Bed was so comfortable) as if I were at home. Made it super easy to prepare us for a long day at the ballfield, to come home to a comfy and welcoming home. The days he did not have games, we went to many neat places. All within 20 minutes of here. Already planning our trip back, Thank you!!
