Great location-highly recommend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the location, spaces and management company. Location is highly walkable to Duval and the marina. We rented bikes to have available the arrival day with help of the management company to have for longer adventures. This way when you arrive you can adventure before check in. Room has plenty of space and storage, very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool space and often filled up our water bottles in the common space. Highly recommend.

Ro was basing clean but the floors have a finish on them that holds onto dirt. My feet were extremely dirty on the bottoms after walking around barefoot. Also, the room had a musty smell but it was very pretty and in an amazing location.
