This cozy 2 bedroom home is nestled in the center of the Key West Golf Club on a secluded lane. Cottage by the Pool is a monthly rental, perfect for a small family or a couple looking to truly enjoy the tropical island life that Key West offers.
Upon entering the home, the spacious open floor plan allows you to see straight through to the screened-in porch and lower garden area in the backyard. The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen and an intimate dining space with a high-top table and six chairs. There is a half bath and comfortable living room that flows off the dining area.
The second floor’s master bedroom has a queen bed and a delightful balcony that sits in the treetops in the back of the home and overlooks the resort-style pool. Down the hall and passing a full bathroom is the second bedroom which has a queen sleeper sofa and its own private balcony as well, overlooking the front of the home.
After a day of fun-filled activities in and around Key West, you will be happy to come home and relax in your own private patio and garden space. Best of all, there is your own pebbled pathway that leads to a private entrance to the community pool.
Being in the Golf Club Community has all the perks of living in Key West where you can take it easy, venture downtown to famous Duval Street, or stay in the neighborhood and live like a local. There are a few local favorites near you that you will not want to miss!
Key West is the place to visit the lively nightlife and relax in the historic charm, flamboyance, and conch-style architecture that early Bahamian settlers made famous. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
