Condo is in a good location. Located on Duvall a short walk to the southernmost point. There is a nice pool in the complex. This particular unit could use a little updating, but the beds were comfortable. Enjoyed having a washer and dryer in the unit, and the private patio.

Winter getaway

It’s a great location. Walking distance to many restaurants, bars and stores on Duval and surrounding area. Very safe and well lit at night. Overall a wonderful property to stay at.

Great location on Duval

Enjoyed our stay on Duval Street... location was perfect. Close to the action on Duval but far enough away from the noise and bars. Property was very comfortable for us and our 2 friends. The garage parking was secure and convenient. Loved the nearby restaurants.

Great location and comfortable accommodations

Perfect location on Duval Street right in the middle of all the action. Easy walking to all locations. The home was clean and comfortable; perfect for two couples. We enjoyed the access to parking and the pool. The surroundings were quiet and peaceful.
