Joy's place in the hill country

Joy's hill country place, Is a 800 sqft 2 bedroom, 1 bedroom fully furnished 2nd floor apartment. Located in the heart of the hill country of Texas about 9 miles from downtown Bandera Tx. The apartment is new construction, So new in fact it still has construction going on around the building and the parking lot is not finished yet. Don't let that stop you from enjoying my place though and because of the construction work going on I am going to offer it to you at a special discount rate
The space
This is a 2nd floor Unit in a 4 plex building with a private entrance with self check-in with key pad lock box. The building is a very cool looking Barndominium style. Construction work is only going on during weekdays from 8 am to 3 pm and not on the 4 plex this unit is located in. The workers are very nice and don't make much noise at all . The parking lot is not finished meaning it's not a finished parking lot. There is still plenty of places to park. The private road the 4 plex is on is a old country dirt road and can still easily be driven on by a normal car, but does have some pot holes. There is a very nice play ground set available for kids to play on. Please keep an eye on them because of the construction going on and materials that are being stored outside.
Other things to note
If you like wild animals this is a great place to stay. Tons of deer and birds everywhere and a wonderful view of the Texas hill country from the living room windows.
