- The coined washer and dryer are situated at the rear of the building, available for your convenience. Should there be any issues with the washer and dryer a technician will be dispatched at their earliest available time.

- Our equipped kitchen includes a water filter for your daily use.

- Neighborhood: This apartment is located in a residential area where roosters are common. They may make noise, particularly in the early morning hours. This is outside of our control and part of the local environment. By booking, guests acknowledge this possibility.
