Thank you for staying with us. The house is next to only one other house with privacy trees and bushes. It is not on top of another house and are only 2 houses share the half island. Each house has its own private entrance, pool, lounge, outdoor dining area as seen in pictures. The elevator is not marked for use in the house description and rules. We do not market the elevator in listing as well. No report was made to of pool issues during the stay. We send team members over right away to resolve any issues reported. We replied to your issue the day reported on the platform and made it out that same night to resolve with temporary fixes. We were able to fix and seal it the next day when weather condition more permissible due to the storm. The water leaks were due to record rainfall and tropical storms in the area breaking in a window seal. It’s sad to hear we did not meet your expectations of the stay.
