Located just a few short miles to the heart of North Park where you can find all the best bars, restaurants, shops and more! The neighborhood is quiet, friendly and close to major freeways to get you anywhere in San Diego in a short time. Our spacious backyard is the BEST place to enjoy all your Sunny San Diego days. This bungalow is newly renovated with all new kitchen appliances and plenty of natural light. Kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking needs and Keurig coffee machine is ready to fuel your San Diego Adventures! Parking is convenient and plentiful in front of the home in addition to the private reserved parking spot you will have in the back of the home. Washing machine and dryer located in the backyard for your convenience.

Parking is easy and available in front of the home in addition to the reserved parking space in the back of the home. Ubers run 24/7 to get you wherever you need to go.

We want to be respectful of the neighbors at night. Our home uses an Airbnb approved Minut decibel monitor located on the kitchen ceiling. If guests are creating noise equivalent to 80 dB between 10PM and 7AM for an extended period of time, which is equivalent to standing next to a vacuum cleaner, we will just ask that you turn down the noise during these quiet hours.

We have one Ring security camera that is facing the front door entrance. It is on the exterior of the home and does not face inside the property. It will be on during your stay.

☀ Kid-friendly: We have one complimentary pack and play available at the home. We have negotiated with BabyQuip to offer our guests a 10% discount to rent everything you'd need for your little one’s stay. They will deliver Pack N Plays, cribs, high chairs, car seats, toys, and more, and they will even set everything up prior to your stay. Please inquire for the custom link to set up your order and receive your special discount!

☀ The home has an exterior security camera above the front door. It is not located inside the home and only monitors the exterior of the property. There is an approved decibel monitor on the ceiling of the kitchen. It only measures sound and not what anyone is saying. This is only to prevent large parties that would disturb the community. Both will be on during your stay.

☀Our parking space behind the property in on an unpaved road. You may find it easier to park on the street instead. Please just park on the street opposite from the home.

☀We have an additional rental agreement that is required to be signed after booking your reservation. We also collect a copy of your government ID/license that is required by our insurance company to have on file. We reserve the right to cancel reservations if these requirements are not met within 24 hours of booking.


☀ We conduct additional guest screening outside of the booking platform. Booking your stay gives us as the manager and our 3rd party, SafelyStay, Inc to screen your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms regarding guest screening can be found on their website. You will receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox within 3 days of booking your stay if you have not received the email and contact us if you have any questions.

☀ Unexpected circumstances happen - we HIGHLY recommend purchasing travelers insurance to protect your stay.
**Any violations of the house rules or any terms of this Agreement will be subject to fine and/or termination by the Host.**

1) No parties, large gatherings or unauthorized guests. Maximum occupancy for this property is 6 people. There shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation.

2) No smoking, drugs or illegal substances anywhere on property. There shall be a minimum fine of $1,000 for this violation.

3) Quiet hours 10pm-8am. Be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels down at night. There shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation.

4) Must be 25 years and older to book.

5) No pets allowed on property unless specifically stated in the listing; there shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation. If pets are stated in the listing, then the following rules apply: Maximum 2 dogs allowed on the property. $250 pet fee for the first pet and $150 for the second pet. No cats allowed. Please refrain from pets on beds/furniture and dispose of pet waste from property or an additional $200 cleaning fee will be applied.

6) Please checkout on time. A $100 late fee will be applied for every 30 minutes guests are late passed checkout time.

7) A $200 replacement fee will be applied for missing remotes, keys or other items from the property. A $50 processing fee will be applied to ship back personal items left behind.

8) No shipping packages to the property. You may ship to local shipping centers for pickup only. Shipped packages will be returned to sender with a $50 processing fee.

9) We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect guest’s reservations. No exceptions can be made to the cancellation and refund policy for unforeseen events or unfortunate circumstances.

Guest: (“Guest”), and

Host: West Coast Homestays LLC (“Host”).

THE PREMISES. The Guest agrees to occupy the following residence from the Host located at:

LEASE TERM. The Guest shall be allowed to occupy the Premises during their confirmed/booked dates (the “Occupancy Term.”) Check in shall be no earlier than 4:00PM on the first date of the Occupancy Term. Check out shall be no later than 10:00AM on the last date of the Occupancy Term or guest shall incur a late fee of $100 for each half hour they are late to check out.

QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until 8 AM. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents. If stated in the listing, a Minut noise monitor will monitor the noise levels of the home to ensure appropriate decibel levels are not equal to or exceeding 80 decibels. If noise levels are equal to or exceeding 80 decibels, our team will inform you to quiet down. If the noise disturbance is not dismissed after the first formal warning, Host reserves the right to terminate this Agreement with no refund and immediate removal from the Premises.

OCCUPANTS. Unless Guest receives Host's prior written approval, total number of individuals staying on the Premises during the Lease Term shall be a total of 6 guests. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises or observed on the exterior security cameras entering the home, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host with no refund.
BOOKING FEES. Guest shall pay the Host the amount as detailed during the booking process.

CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION. (If you are an AIRBNB Guest, this section DOES NOT APPLY TO YOU) Guests, excluding Airbnb reservations, agree that a $500 Pre-Authorization will be held on Guest’s provided credit card to be used as a security deposit. By signing this Agreement, Guest authorizes Host to charge the credit card provided as needed to cover any costs incurred under this Agreement. Again, this DOES NOT apply to Airbnb guests.

Family vacation spot
My family was in town for a long weekend and we were looking for a place with enough space in a quiet neighborhood. The bungalow was spacious and very clean. Updated fixtures and appliances were a bonus. You can walk to the park right down the street and you’ll get a good workout coming back up the hill! Conveniently located near North Park and South Park, so it’s easy to pop out to all the best restaurants and shops.
