Great stay!

We had an excellent stay at this property. Owners are kind and helpful! It snowed a lot while we were there and some young men came by and shoveled the driveway and sidewalks. Highly recommend this home and these owners!

Weekend Wedding

Great location, good neighborhood, lots if upgraded parts to the house. Hard to keep upstairs cool due to old vents that were blocked, closed, or would shut after opening. Patio was sufficient with shade and seating, but yard was dry. Neighbors need to clean up after their dog though, we could smell feces while in back yard. If owners want to collect a cleaning fee, please make sure the crew you hire are doing a thorough job. Cob webs covered outside light fixtures, inside windows, and a few indoors too.

Wonderful stay with a great host

Jeff’s place was exactly what we needed; a clean home that could keep our entire group at the same property. Jeff got us our check-in information well ahead of our arrival time and we didn’t have to reach out for anything else because everything was exactly as it was described in the listing (it’s a good stay if you never have to use a single message to the host!) We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re coming through Denver!

I think that there is something to be said for a good house cleaning. This house could have used a good cleaning. There was a slight cigarette smell to the sheets, cobwebs in the corners, windows unwashed, not enough towels for the number of people staying. There were something’s that you expected in a house that you rent that was not there (paper towels, kitchen towels, extra towels paper). The yard, that was a selling point for our group, was not picked up. There was trash and cigarettes butts in the outdoor space. The owner was helpful and was able to get us more towels, but I would be prepared to make a dollar tree run to get stuff for your trip.

Clean and comfortable

Very good communication with host Jeff, and easy checkin. House was very clean, everything as advertised and operating, plenty of towels, other supplies, well stocked kitchen, beds very comfortable. I gave it a 5 star rating, because for the price, you cant beat it. Met our family of 8’s needs. Only thing I think could have been improved was that the front yard was overgrown with weeds,. We were initially concerned when we saw this, but fortunately everything inside the property was well kept.

Amazing! Will definitely be back!

We stayed at this property with 5 adults, 6 kids, and a dog. It was perfect! The 4 king beds and two fold down couches gave us plenty of space! Fully functional well stocked kitchen made cooking for this big bunch easy. 2 clean bathrooms with plenty of towels. Nice big fenced in backyard for the dog! The neighborhood was clean, quiet, and felt very safe. We did several activities while in town including Elitchs and were within 20min drive. The kids were impressed with the air hockey table in the basement! We will definitely be back!

Cute little house with big beds

I appreciate so much that they have 4 king beds. The rooms are small but the bed is what we need and it was just what we needed. The couch beds are not bad. They can fit 1 adult/teen or maybe 2 small children. The air hockey table and the back yard gave kids stuff to do in between our family activities. The kitchen has the general things you would need to cook and eat and was very clean and way to use. The bathrooms and laundry have just what you need if you don’t have your own, the owner really put thought into how to make guests comfortable and we appreciated every part of it.
