It extends on over 340m², with four en suite bedrooms, and can accommodate 8 persons on the highest possible level of standard.

The Basement area of the villa is a fitness oasis with sauna, showers, toilet and laundry facilities.

If you are in search for a perfect villa for all year long stay, search no more as you are on the right location. It is located on the excellent strategic position near local cities of Trogir and Split, but still far enough to provide you with a privacy and calmness you need during your stay.
A little information to avoid misunderstandings. In the period from 15.09. - 15.06. construction work is possible across the road.

The water in the indoor pool is heated to a maximum of 30 degrees Celsius until 01.07. . Special requests for heating the pool water above 30 degrees from 01.07. to 15.09. will be charged 50 euros per day, starting from the day of the request, payable in cash or by card.

Upon your request, many additional services can be arranged: boat trips, bikes, rent a car, a traditional Dalmatian tavern (on the property) with private chef, large enough for more than 20 people...
