Beautiful and spacious home with 4 rooms and 2 baths located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It has a big backyard with very nice & big Pool, waterfall, and hot tub. It’s close to shopping and dining. Level 2 EV Charger available. This home is located 77 miles (1.5 hrs) from Yosemite and 65 miles (1 hour) from Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. It’s located 16 miles (20 mins) from Fresno.

The Space
This charming home boasts 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms. Each room is thoughtfully equipped with a state-of-the-art 4K Roku TV, offering complimentary access to Netflix and various other free movie streaming platforms. Stay connected with the available high-speed WiFi.

Relax and entertain in the generously proportioned dining and living room area. The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave, stove, refrigerator, an array of pots & pans, and a full set of dishes and silverware. We've got your culinary essentials covered, including salt, pepper, spices, and sugar. Enjoy a morning brew with complimentary coffee and tea provided.

For our littlest guests, we provide a Pack 'n Play Playard, baby rocker, and a high chair for added convenience.

Step outside to a beautiful and spacious backyard oasis. It features a large pool, a soothing waterfall, and a rejuvenating hot tub (available for an additional fee of $65/night for up to 5 hours). The patio area is perfect for hosting a BBQ, with a grill, propane, and all the necessary tools provided.

In the garage, we have a Level 2 EV Charger capable of delivering up to 48 amps. It features a convenient 24-foot cable with an SAE J1772 connector, making it compatible with all electric cars (Tesla EVs required an adapter, which is included in every Tesla vehicle delivery). Please note that EV charging is not included in the reservation cost, and there is an additional charge based on your usage. You will receive a bill corresponding to the amount you charge.

Guest access
Guest have access to the entire house, the 2-car garage, and the backyard, with the exception of some closets used for housekeeping storage.

Other things to note
- The pool is not heated. Only the Hot Tub can be heated for an additional charge of $65 per night for up to 5 hours (you must pay in advance). Hot Tub is turned ON remotely and coordination for time of usage is required. Hours of operation are 9am-10pm.

- If you are a local in the Selma/Fresno area, don’t book without first contacting me.

- In order to maintain the pool water cleaned and sanitized during your stay, the pool guy might be there during your stay to service the pool.

- Yard cleanup day is on Mondays. If you’re staying with us on a Monday, the gardener will be there some time between 11am-2pm to clean the front and back yard.

- Trash/waste pick up is on Thursdays. Someone might be there on Wednesday evening to take the trash bins out to the curb.

- There are SECURITY CAMERAS covering almost all exterior area of this property, including pool area. There is one security camera in the interior of the garage. All cameras are visible. GUESTS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO COVER CAMERAS OR TAMPER WITH THE DEVICE IN ANY WAY THAT CAN IMPEDE ITS FUNCTION.
