The property is newly furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen, and a private pool, for you and your family to enjoy a magical family vacation. We are less than 30 minutes from Universal and Disney parks and about 35 min from Orlando Airport.

•POOL HEATER: Please note the pool heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near-freezing temperatures (below 50F). Be aware that pool heat service paid after 4 PM will be turned on on the following day and that the pool may take 48 hours to reach its set temperature. No refunds will be given due to incremental weather.

•TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.
