I had a truly amazing stay here! I stayed for four days, and everything was just as described clean, peaceful, and comfortable. The beds were so cozy, and the property was the perfect place to relax. The host was incredibly helpful and kind, making sure everything went smoothly during my stay. I really appreciated how welcoming and thoughtful they were. It was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for such a beautiful and peaceful trip.

Wonderful holiday in the real Caribbean in a village with very friendly people.

Accomodation very good, excellent facilities. Avery friendly and able host nothing too much trouble. Wonderful fruit baskets.

The property is well maintained. The welcome drinks and fruits was a really good compliment. Was greatly appreciated. The communication from start to finish was on point at anytime of the day or night. Was made to feel as if we were in a home away from home. The booklets about things to do and see was also great.

Up in the mountains at La Kaye Celeste

We loved the Kaye Celeste, what a beautiful property! It's off the beaten track, in a small country community about 30 minutes outside of Soufreire. The kitchen is well-furnished, the wifi was strong everywhere in the house, and Cecilia is a wonderful, thoughtful host, checking in with us to make sure everything was going well. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were very nice as well. We had a wonderful stay there while we explored the Pitons, Sugar Beach, Canaries and Anse Chastenet and Anse Mamin.

Mathurin family reunion 2024

My family and I had a great time. Our host was friendly and provided excellent information about local attractions like the drive-in volcano. The villa exceeded our expectations - it was spotless with beautiful decor, spacious rooms, and very comfortable beds. Even the polite neighbors and electrical outlets impressed us. We can't wait to return, and my wife plans to recommend La Kaye Celeste to her sisters. Thanks again for a great experience.

Roomy/Well-furnished House, NOISY, Missing a Few Key Details

Pros: The house was very roomy and fit four adults very well. The kitchen was well-stocked with any utensils we needed (the air-fryer was amazing), the couch and kitchen table were plenty big enough to fit us all, and the showers were excellent. They have a concrete pad to park a rental car on keeping it out of the road. The host was attentive and typically responded within a day. Hummingbird beach is only a 15 minute drive! Cons: There is only air conditioning in 2 out of 3 rooms. If we had known this, we would have likely stayed elsewhere - that room was HOT even with two floor fans. The air conditioners that we did have were very nice. The nearby beach was NOT a 20-minute walk from the house. Be prepared - it is a 45-minute HIKE one-way. I mean sliding rocks, muddy trenches, etc. It is not something anyone should do in flip-flops. The house is an hour away from many of the major beaches and excursion sites. The neighborhood is EXTREMELY loud. About 10-20 dogs bark all night long and by the time the sun rises, all of the neighbors are outside SCREAMING, banging things, and making as much noise as possible. If you are a light sleeper, avoid at all costs. We were staying during Hurricane Beryl so we also lost power for 2 says and had no noise makers or fan to drown out the noise of the neighbors. Overall, the house was very nice but there were a lot of key details I would have loved to know before booking.

We’re sorry to hear that your stay with us was unpleasant.The local electricity company is very reliable the power was out for one day. We couldn’t have anticipated the outage suffered as a result of Hurricane Beryl. We are in a residential area a community where everyone knows each other, The neighborhood noise before and after the hurricane was due to residents coming together helping each other board up their houses and assess the damage after. This sense of community is typically seen as a positive aspect. An authentic Saint Lucian experience. The muddy conditions and difficult beach access were direct results of Hurricane Beryl, not typical conditions.We apologize for any inconveniences this caused. Again we’re sorry that our property did not fully meet your expectations as we don’t want our guest to be surprised when they arrive. We would be glad to welcome you back and would be happy to extend discounts for all the issues you had. Cecilia
