Nice location-condo needs TLC

Property location was great! Condo needs some TLC. Cabinets fall out when you open them, fridge was leaking or some type of substance on the floor near it. Bathroom is very dated, and not the cleanest. Stains all over the carpet in bedroom, bedroom tv didn’t work and the master bed was extremely uncomfortable.

1985 Called and want their condo back

Read more of the reviews before booking. Read the rebuttals. There have been no repairs. Many of the things that we found wrong were reported months ago, repeatedly. The place smelled. The funk was from the garbage disposal. The drawers fall out of the cabinet when pulled, no tracks. The cabinets look 35 years old. The dishwasher stinks, the garbage disposal stinks. The 35 year old carpet is stained all over and is worn out. The carpet is just nasty. The bed is lumpy and creaks a lot, not comfortable. There are no lamps in the bedroom, just the overhead lamp on the ceiling fan operated by the chain. If you turn the switch off at the door the TV goes off too. The blinds in the bedroom do not have the string to let them all the way down and a lot of outside light comes into the bedroom. The fridge door will not open all the way. The sofa in the living area that is uncomfortable. The plumbing fixtures are faded, fake color worn off and everything is outdated. The exhaust fan sounded as if it was a helicopter missing a main rotor that is flying in a plastic box. LOUD. The shower curtain is old and faded and the tub had chips in the finish on the floor. The best part of the stay was what you see in the first picture on their ad. The chairs on the patio and the view. One other positive point was the Televisions worked. We did not sit and watch them, but they worked. The common areas and access to the beach were presentable and clean. Lots of area to enjoy outside.

The basics were covered but lower your expectations

The resort was good but the room had issues. The electronic lock on the door never worked and the manual key we were given was tricky. Several of the appliances/lights were janky or non functional. On the plus side: clean, comfy beds, functional a/c & plumbing, safe and great facilities. The basics were covered in the unit (except the door lock issue) but zero aesthetic.

Enjoyed my stay

The view is amazing! It was clean and perfectly comfortable. I was by myself and I felt safe the entire time. It’s a gated community and security guard 24 hrs. Pool and hot tub area beautiful and open until 11:00 pm everyday. Beach access and property is fenced on the beach too. They have bbq pits and picnic tables. Plenty of places to sit. I truly enjoyed my stay.
