This home is centrally located and designed for your vacation stay. Walk two blocks to the farmer’s market each Saturday, over to charming Lloyd’s Market for essentials and into town anytime for shopping, dining or ice cream from King's!
The open first floor living space allows for all to gather for dinner, a movie or games. The family room off of the dining area leads to the back yard where you’ll find the gas grill and patio seating for 8.
The kitchen is open and well stocked. Appliances are all very new. Enjoy drip, Keurig or Nespresso coffee.
Three bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, the home sleeps 7 comfortably. Full bath on second floor features a full-size washer and dryer for all of your laundry. The smart TV in the living room has an expanded cable package as well as streaming services and there is gigabit wi-fi. All the furnishings were purchased new with the renovation and the kitchen is well equipped for your dining needs.
Beds: 2 Queen; 1 Bunk Bed; 1 Single Pullout Under Bunk Bed
All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.
This property does not allow pets.
Available for 3 night minimum bookings year round.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.
The property must be occupied by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement, and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Guest for the entire rental period. The Guest signing the Lodging Agreement must be at least 25 years of age and must occupy the Property for the entire rental period. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as Owner on VRBO. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked you will be contacted by the management company and sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed. Apart from Damage Protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking.
